Directly to the left is where the full bathroom is located. The bathroom features a tub, shower, vanity with sinks, mirror, and toilet. The water heater and AC unit are located in the utility closet just outside the bathroom.
Continuing through the apartment, the private bedroom is also located on the left side of the apartment. The bedroom features 1 queen bed, closet and dresser for storage, nightstand, 52 inch cable TV, access to the ocean view balcony, blackout curtains, and a bedroom door for privacy.
Entering into the living room, guests will find the most calming part of the entire condo! The living room is open and roomy, and features countless, Southern vistas of the ocean. The 10th floor offers such great vistas; not too high, not too low! The living room offers a dining table and chairs, queen-sized sleeper couch, accent chairs, end tables, TV stand with a 52 inch TV, and access to the ocean view balcony.
The kitchen area is also located just off from the living area. Guests will have access to basic resort cable and wifi. The departure cleaning fee is in place to compensate the cleaner, the cost of toiletries, and the laundering of the towels, linens, and linens. We really want to make your experience with us as economical as possible! Unlike many properties managed by other companies and homeowners, we can accommodate daily housekeeping and mid staying cleaning requests for a modest fee.

Tips for getting the best vacation property experience:
Get the most from your rental home budget:
- Reserve your vacation rental as soon as possible. Rental schedules usually become available a year in advance (or in September just after Summer ends). Many families book their Summer rentals during Thanksgiving, Christmas, and New Years Eve get-togethers. Reserve before these holidays for best selection.
- Summer is high season in the Myrtle Beach area. Book your Myrtle Beach rental home in the Fall or Spring to enjoy warm weather while saving money and avoiding crowded roads, restaurants, and activities. Many vacationers use this strategy to find larger homes within budget, or to book an oceanfront rental that would otherwise be unavailable during June, July, and August.
- Active Duty and veterans of the US Armed forces may qualify for special discounts. Be sure to ask your prospective host whether your vacationing group qualifies for a special promotion or discount.
- Property management companies typically offer customers an option to buy vacation insurance. Trip insurance, which generally will cost you anywhere between 1% - 5% of the reservation price, offers visitors reimbursement of their vacation costs for missed vacation time as a result of medical-related emergencies or weather, as well as ensuing additional hurricane evacuation charges, such as an unexpected hotel overnight or extra fuel expenses. Trip insurance can be a a welcome relief if the unforeseen happens. Ask your host for additional information.
- Many rental management companies and vacation rental houses supply Myrtle Beach area visitor guide magazines which often include coupons, either offered directly by local companies, or through a partnership between the rental management company and the business itself. You can also find Myrtle Beach area magazine and coupon books at local gas stations and shopping centers.
Choosing the best rental home:
- Choose a designated group leader, select your vacation dates, and select a spending budget.
- Determine how many beds and what type of bedroom configuration your group requires. Oceanview 1 Bedroom Condo - Spacious with Awesome Views! Palace Resort 1009 - Sleeps 4 guests has 1 bedrooms and 1 bathrooms.
- Specific information about bedrooms and bed counts is generally available on booking pages. Otherwise, contact the property management company before booking your rental. Note that most properties list the maximum guest capacity, which usually includes pull-out couches and bunk beds. You will need to work out what is right for your trip.
- If your family is bringing pets, you'll need to book a property that allows animals. Ask for details on breed, weight, and type restrictions. Usually, hosts charge additional pet fees.
- If there's a specific Myrtle Beach attraction you love, look for properties that are either nearby, or those that cater especially to your requirements.
- Proper accessibility amenities can make or break a vacation for persons with a disability. .
More tips for your visit:
- Store the owner's information in your smartphone and wallet.
- Property managers are available to help! Feel free to ask any questions before, during, or after your stay.
- Lock your rental property while you're away! Don't let crooks ruin your vacation.
- Upon arrival, document any issues with the property and immediately contact the property manager. Keep records of all coorespondence.
- Be respectful of your neighbors. Often times, surrounding homes are filled by local residents. Respecting late-night noise limits and parking rules can make a stay significantly more pleasurable.
- Don't forget to... Ask a local resident! Neighbors can often help you find exactly what you're looking for. Who better to ask where to rent beach equipment, have a great night on the town, or the best spots for shopping?
- When it's time to leave, complete a walk-through to confirm you did not forget anything. Check closets, dressers, garages, and bathrooms for hidden items. Clean the refrigerator and take any leftovers home.
- Document the condition of the property at check-out. We recommend taking a video during your final walk-through.
- Did you have a excellent stay? Many rental websites make it easy for travelers to provide feedback. If your property and/or host was fantastic, they will likely appreciate your kind words. If anything was amiss and they failed to address it in a reasonable manner, or if the vacation rental wasn't described correctly, you'll want to make it a point as part of your feedback.
