To keep you comfortable year-round, the condo is equipped with an air purifier, dehumidifier, and tower fan for optimal air quality and climate control.
For your beach days, we’ve supplied everything you need: beach chairs, an umbrella, a rolling cooler, a beach bag, and a enormous beach mat—just grab and go.
Located in a quieter, family-aligned section of Myrtle Beach, you’ll savor a more casual ambiance while still being just mins. from all the major attractions, shopping, and dining the area has to offer.
Guests also have access to all resort amenities, along with complimentary parking, making your stay both convenient and enchanting.
Whether you're planning a romantic escape or simply looking to relax by the ocean, this condo offers the ideal blend of comfort, location, and gorgeous vistas.
*No key card to carry with you. Digital keypad is used to enter the unit.
*Pool bands and parking passes supplied inside unit. (MUST be returned, to avoid additional costs.)
Guest access:
NO checking in or out at front desk.
No golf carts, bicycles, mopeds, trailers, RV's, boats allowed in parking decks.
Motorcycles are welcomed but need to park across the street in the overflow parking garage.
Vehicles over 6'5"' will not fit in the main parking garage.
You may use the overflow parking decks right across the street that are a bit higher, or pay for street parking on either side of the resort.
~No daily housekeeping.
Please do not ask the resort for more toiletries, linen or anything else. They will not accommodate you.
Coupons are in the guide book also.
You will have access to all pools, hot tubs, exercise center, game room, gift shop, and restaurant/bars.
~No cleaning chemicals are inside the unit, only dish soap.
~Check in time is at 4pm.
Early arrival may be accommodated for an additional fee.
~Check out time is 10am.
No late departures.
If you feel the need for a later check out time, you must contact me here on the Vacation Rental By Owner platform at least 24 hours in advance before your departure, for approval.
Late departure fee is 2X the nightly rate after 10:00 am.
