The Space:

Our condo is comfortably and completely furnished with many of the luxuries of home! Each stay includes towels, linens and a complimentary starter set of toilet paper, shampoo, and conditioner, however, we encourage guests to bring additional supplies. The unit is ideal for a couple or modest family beach getaway.



Parking: You will have 1 parking pass to hang on your rear view mirror. The HOA asks that no guests have golf carts, motorbikes, trailers, RVs or boats in the parking lot.



Entry: Complex Elevator Available! Check in at front desk, obtain keys with a ID that matches the name on the reservation.



Kitchen: Stocked with many amenities.



Living Area: Access to balcony via sliding glass doors.



Bedroom 1: King bed.



Bedroom 2: Two queen beds.



Bathroom: Two full bathrooms.



Balcony: Private balcony with an oceanfront vistas. Seating! Separate side balcony too!



Beach: Walk a few mins. through the resort to access the beach! Feel complimentary to bring your beach towels, toys, chairs or other items for your stay.



Cleaning/Linens: Professional cleaning company utilized to ensure a deep clean prior to each new booking. Linens are supplied. Starter kit of toilet paper/paper towels/trash bags included but guest will be responsible for any resupply needed during stay.



Laundry: Private, in-unit.

Routine pest control happens ON THE 4th Tuesday of each of these months (June, Sep, Dec, March) at this condo via the HOA. Per their rules, the technician is required entry for this service.

ADDITIONAL NOTES:

1. Guests are required to complete a rental agreement and upload a valid government ID that matches the name of the booker on the agreement. If the form is not signed or the information does not match the reservation, the reservation may need to be canceled in accordance with our cancellation policy.



2. In the event that a settlement is required due to any disputes, the other event must agree to and sign a resolution agreement. This document will outline the terms of the settlement and ensure that both events completely agree to those terms.
