This ocean front condo is completely furnished with 1 queen size bed and 2 full sized beds. It also supplied a sleeper couch. The layout of this rental will comfortably accommodate 6 guests.

The kitchen is very roomy and is one of the features that separates the Palace from many other resorts and units. The upsized kitchen is entirely equipped with everything you will need to prepare a full meal for the family, including a full-size dishwasher, refrigerator, and stove, as well as modest appliances like a coffee maker and toaster.

The living area is the most comfortable area of the apartment. Guests can relax on the couch or accent chairs and appreciate endless vistas of the ocean! The couch converts to a full-size bed. There is enough space to accommodate 6 guests in the apartment. Many guests have spotted dolphins from the balcony, and the sunrise and sunsets are gorgeous.

Please, please, please check-out at your arranged check-out time. Late check-outs are very disruptive to our cleaning, inspection, and office teams and often inconvenience our next incoming guests. All violators will be charged an unauthorized late check-out fee of $100.

NON SMOKING: The Boardwalk Resort is a smoke-complimentary / tobacco-complimentary Myrtle Beach resort experience. This includes all rooms, balconies, and common areas. As a courtesy to other guests and to maintain a healthy and clean environment, the use of electronic cigarettes, vaporizers, and smokeless tobacco of any kind is PROHIBITED. If there is evidence of smoking in your room and/or your balcony, you will be charged a minimum of a $250 fee to cover our cleaning costs. If discovered, a violation of this policy will result in your immediate eviction. This policy is taken seriously and is STRICTLY ENFORCED.

Our locations are privately owned and rented by individual hosts (please treat our properties with respect), all questions or requests must be made by contacting us as we are providing guest services. Any front desks operating in, or near, these locations will not have your information and will be unable to assist you with your stay or questions you may have.

Please note our pre-check-in policy. Failure to sign our check-in form and provide a valid government-issued ID by 3 PM on the day of check-in will result in the inability to check in that day. However, guests may reschedule their check-in for the next available day between 10 AM and 3 PM upon compliance with our pre-check-in rules.
