If you are looking for a nice, clean vacation rental, look no further! Check out this 9th-floor interior condo at the Landmark Resort in Myrtle Beach. This studio is completely furnished with 2 full-size beds and comfortably accommodates 4 guests. The unique layout offers upsized living space compared to many other units at the resort, which are much smaller. With its open floor plan, this unit never feels cramped. While it does not offer an ocean view, the roomy layout makes up for it. Guests will also appreciate a private balcony with vistas of the resort and terrace.

In the kitchenette, guests will have access to a modest sink, cabinet space, plates, cups, cutlery, a coffee maker, a toaster, and more. A drink chiller (mini refrigerator) is supplied to keep food and beverages cold.

The studio features 2 full-size beds, a closet and dresser for storage, a TV with digital cable, and an AC unit. There is also an accent chair, dining table with chairs, and a full bathroom. Just behind the kitchen, the bathroom includes a tub/shower combo, vanity with sink and upsized counter space, a hair dryer, and a toilet.
The Landmark Resort offers plentiful amenities, making it a highly sought-after destination for visitors. Guests will have access to indoor and outdoor pools, hot tubs, lazy rivers, a laundry facility, an arcade, and more. Basic resort cable and Wi-Fi are also included.

Pack light! We provide bath towels, washcloths, toiletries, linens, and everything you need to savor your stay. Guests will also receive basic "starter toiletries," including toilet paper, paper towels, dish liquid, soap, shampoo, lotion, and conditioner.

This condo is located at the Landmark Resort, close to many of Myrtle Beach's most fashionable attractions, including Family Kingdom (0.8 mi), the Boardwalk & Promenade (1 mi), Broadway at the Beach (4 mi), and only 2 miles from the airport. The Landmark is especially known for its wide variety of pool amenities.

Please note: Guests will have access to over 10 indoor and outdoor pools, lazy rivers, hot tubs, saunas, the laundromat, arcade, complimentary parking, and direct beach access. However, they are not allowed to use the food and drink outlets within the complex, the water features across the street, or the coffee bar in the lobby. Some guests have mentioned they were able to use these restricted amenities without issue, but we cannot advertise them. Our prices reflect these restrictions, and we apologize for the inconvenience.
