YOU WILL HAVE ACCESS TO THE MANY WATER FEATURES, GYM, LAUNDRY, ARCADE, SAUNA & AWESOME GIFT SHOP.
GARAGE PARKING AT NO CHARGE - TRAILERS AND MOTORCYCLES ACCEPTED PLS CONTACT US FOR DETAILS.
WE DO HAVE A CANCELLATION POLICY, AND HOME RULES THAT WILL BE ENFORCED. We partner with an impressive local company, Oceanfront Condo Cleaners, that does the professional cleaning/sanitation, linen/towel rental. There IS a cleaning fee, but it is reasonable and includes starter toiletries and cleaning supplies. They DO take photos before/after each clean and document damages/missing items.
We DO NOT (are not allowed to by law) rent to locals. You MUST live outside of Horry County (we apologize, but this is the law), and you must be at LEAST 25 to book. ID for ALL guests over the age of 18 will be collected, and car information is needed for parking passes and the door code.
Because we will be charged for repairs, missing items, trash takeout, dish washing, etc., we have to pass those costs along. PLEASE read the home rules so that you know about your stay.
We are available to help you navigate the sizable resort at check in. You will NOT check in at the front desk! Skip the long lines and go straight to your room. They CANNOT assist with any cleaning or maintenance requests. Please contact the cleaning company, and/or us, and we will handle any issues that you may have.
Checkout is at 11:00. Guests are responsible for ensuring all dishes are washed (the cleaning company will charge a fee that we will unfortunately have to pass on), and that ALL trash is taken out.
Trash can be placed outside the door, bagged in an orderly fashion at any time during your stay, and it will be picked up.
PLEASE DO NOT PLACE ANY TOWELS OR LINENS OUTSIDE OF THE ROOM.
PLEASE LET US KNOW IF SOMETHING IS BROKEN OR MISSING SO WE CAN FIX IT BEFORE THE NEXT GUEST ARRIVES!
PLEASE read the home rules for the costs that apply to missing items, damages, or non-compliance with home rules. These will be in the contract that will be sent to you via our secure, 3rd event software called Checkin. You will receive an e-mail 72, 48 and 24 hours before your arrival day/time, and you can download the app, or complete this online. Completing it in advance will make your check in go smoothly, and it will save time and anxiety for everybody.
Please ALWAYS provide an accurate guest count, including ages. No photos or ID will be collected for anyone under the age of 18.

*** This is a NON SMOKING - NON VAPING UNIT. A $350 deep cleaning fee, and any costs for potentially having to move other guests that may be checking in the same day WILL be charged.
We have a MINUT device installed. This device does NOT invade privacy, but it does detect the following (and it is recommended and endorsed by our insurance carrier): Excessive noise (decibels not actual conversations), excessive guest count (movement not actual bodies or faces), and it can detect the difference between cigarette, vape, kitchen and other smoke.
Please go to one of the designated smoking areas to smoke so that there are no issues for the next guests, and so that we do not have to charge you for a deep cleaning.
We have gone to a lot of trouble and expense to make these units striking, and to provide every guest with nearly everything (except beach towels) that you will need for a great beach vacation. We want everybody to have a PERFECT stay, and don't want to have to charge anyone for anything, so PLEASE be sure you read the home rules.
We HIGHLY recommend taking out an inexpensive travel insurance policy (you can also check the credit card that you book with - most offer travel coverage for rental cars, lodging, etc. if you use their card to book your trip).
We can send you apps that can help guide you around Myrtle Beach, and that have significant savings on dining, attractions and shopping! You don't need to take a coupon book or pamphlet from the lobby if you have these two apps, and you will learn about the areas and things you normally wouldn't see.
So that we do not disrupt our cleaner's schedules, we do not have early check in / late check out, however, we partner with an app called Stasher, where you can securely store your suitcases if you arrive early or want to spend some additional time on the beach. The resort has two enormous, clean bathrooms (one at each end of the building) where you can change clothes and start your vacation early while you wait for your room to be cleaned!

Tricks and tips to get the best Myrtle Beach rental experience:

Money saving strategies:

  • Book your vacation rental as soon as possible. Rental schedules usually become available twelve months in advance (or in September just after Summer ends). Many families reserve their Summer vacation rentals during Thanksgiving, Christmas, and New Years Eve gatherings. Book before these holidays for best selection.
  • To get the best value, try changing your family's Myrtle Beach vacation to the Spring or Fall months. May, September, and October offer great weather, less crowded beaches, and reduced traffic. Speaking of the off-season, don't overlook Winter holidays for a Myrtle Beach vacation! Who wouldn't love a holiday on the coast? Christmas, Thanksgiving, and New Years Eve are great times to gather with family and friends at the beach.
  • Owners sometimes offer discounts or promotional rates for veterans and active duty military. Ask your property manager if special discounts are available for your family before you book.
  • Property managers typically offer renters an option to purchase trip insurance protection. Trip insurance, which usually costs 1% - 5% of the base stay price, offers visitors reimbursement of costs for missed time as a result of medical-related emergencies or weather, as well as hurricane evacuation charges, such as an unexpected hotel or additional gas expenses. Trip insurance might be a a bank account-saver if the unforeseen happens. Ask your host for details.
  • Find a copy of your local Myrtle Beach visitors guide when you check-in. If your rental property doesn't have one, you can find them at local grocery stores, shopping centers, and visitor centers. In addition to great articles, visitors guides have deals for nearby accommodations and attractions.

Choosing the best rental home:

  • Begin by choosing a vacation week and a max budget.
  • Determine how many bedrooms and the configuration your family needs. Landmark Oceanfront Unit 829 has 1 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. If you need a larger or smaller rental, use our Myrtle Beach rental home search.
  • Specific information about bedrooms and bed counts is normally available online. Otherwise, email the property owner before booking the rental. Remember that most properties list the max. guest capacity, which oftentimes includes pull-out couches and bunk beds. You will need to establish what bed configuration is best for your vacation group.
  • If your group is bringing pets, you'll need to book a property that allows animals. Request information on breed, size, and type requirements. Usually, hosts charge pet deposits and fees.
  • Visiting for a single event or attraction? Use a map search to browse nearby properties.
  • Suitable accessibility amenities can make or ruin a vacation for the less-mobile. Make certain to inquire about specialized equipment and wheel chair accessibility.

Tips for a smooth stay:

  • Add the host's information to your smartphone. Understand and take a copy of check in/check out procedures.
  • Ask questions. You may need instructions for a garage door opener, intercom or kitchen appliance. Contact your host. They are there to help! A brief phone call can prevent lots of difficulties.
  • Protect the property owner (and your things!) by keeping the rental locked up when you are away, just like you would back home.
  • Note any issues with the rental at check in, and immediately send them to the property manager. We especially recommend e-mails and text messages, as they usually contain time stamps that can be useful if there is a dispute.
  • Be a good neighbor! You wouldn't like loud visitors disrupting your peaceful home life. Employ the golden rule for common sense. Happy residents may even recommend great restaurants and places you would've not otherwise known!
  • Speaking of neighbors... Ask a local! Locals can often help you find exactly what you're looking for. Who better to ask where to order the best nachos, have a great night on the town, or the best spots for shopping?
  • Don't leave anything behind! Before departing, take a walk through the rental property to confirm you've collected all personal items. Make sure to check garages, decks, and cabinets for hidden treasure. Remove everything from the refrigerator and take or dispose of leftovers.
  • Go through the rental a final time and keep an eye out for any damage. We advise inspecting the property with the host whenever possible. If the host isn't available, take video and pictures of the rental to record its condition.
  • Did you have a wonderful stay? Many rental websites make it easy for travelers to provide comments. If your property and/or property management company was great, they would love to hear it. If anything was inoperable and they failed to fix it within reason, or if the vacation rental wasn't described correctly, you'll want to make a note as part of your feedback.
