Public beach access is located across the street. This ocean view home has roughly 2,600-square-foot of living space. It features a completely-equipped kitchen complete with a microwave and dishwasher, washer, dryer, wood floors, two central heat and air conditioning units, and ceiling fans. Five Intelligent TVs and Wi-Fi are also supplied. Sleeping accommodations include two king, two queen, one twin-sized bed, and one queen-sized couch bed. Outdoor amenities include a fenced-in yard with a private 15-by-30-foot acrylic saltwater swimming pool (two-to-six-foot deep), a enormous covered ocean view porch, a sundeck overlooking the pool, and an open play area for kids.
