Private oceanfront suite on 15th floor of Patricia Grandiose. Ideal for family vacations, charming getaways, and more. This suite comes with 2 queen beds in oceanfront bedroom and sleeper couch in oceanfront living room. With floor to ceiling windows in the living room, this suite has the best floorpan in the entire building. Patricia Grand resort features Exercise Center, Internet Access, Grand Oceanfront Pool, an Indoor Pool, Lazy River, indoor and outdoor Hot Tubs.

Spend your vacation down at the beach with all the amenities you need! Guests will savor convenient offerings within the condo, as well as multiple resort amenities.

This property is a Myrtle Beach landmark and features an broad pool deck with indoor and outdoor pools. On-site you will also find coffee shop, restaurant, pool bar (during warmest months) and even poolside entertainment (during summer months).

Modest dogs are welcome with prior approval. (Must be up to 40 lbs , dog fee $25 per dog, per nighttime. Restricted breeds are: Rottweilers, Pit Bull Terrier, Staffordshire Terrier, Dobermans, Boxers, German Shepherds, Presa Canario, Akita, Wolf-hybrid, Mastiff, Cane Corso, Great Dane, Alaskan Malamute, Husky, and Chow Chows. No Cats Accepted. No exceptions). No need to board your furry friend while you're away when they can tag along for the whole trip.

Guests have access to the entire apartment, as well as all resort amenities.

All suites managed by us have code locks for the doors, so there is no need to waste time checking in at the front lobby, all access codes will be sent to you on the day of check in by 4pm. Parking passes as well as pool wristbands (where required) will already be waiting for you in your suite. All rooms are entirely furnished and equipped with basic kitchen silverware such as silverware and plates/bowls.

For anyone wishing to bring their dog, only our suites at Patricia Grand allow them (Some exceptions). Inquire for more information on these units.

Upon check in, linens for each bed and towels for each person will be available in the room, along with starter items such as trash bags, toilet paper, and soaps. Any additional items needed will come at a modest fee. Items such as beach chairs, umbrellas, etc. are not included by us but can be rented from the lifeguards on the beach.

Our locations are privately owned and rented by off-site management, so all questions or requests must be made by contacting us. The front desk will have none of your information and will not assist you.

About the Area

Located in Myrtle Beach, this condo is on the beach. Broadway at the Beach and Coastal Grand Mall are worth checking out if shopping is on the agenda, while those wishing to experience the area's natural beauty can explore Myrtle Beach State Park and Garden City Beach.
