2nd floor, must climb stairs, Handsome and comfortable condo located in the heart of Myrtle Beach, constructed around the Myrtlewood Golf Club, just off the bypass, minuets from the beach and all main attractions! Kitchen is entirely equipped with all basics. Condo sleeps up to 4 guests.
*PET OWNERS: Only completely trained family pets are allowed with a pet fee but must be pre-approved by host. Please contact me for details.

The Space:
1 bedroom, 1 bath, Very roomy condo. 1 King bed, 1 pullout couch in the living room. Washer and dryer available in the unit.
Kitchen is fully equipped with all basics. Dining area open to living room.
Sheets and linens supplied.
Free WiFi and cable TV available.
*Animals are allowed with a pet fee. please don't forget to mention if you're bringing any pets with you.
*Beach items are not supplied due to damage/loss of these items.
*Towels are supplied for showers only.

Guest Access:
The condo is rented in full. Guests have access to the entire place. Owners are not on the premises while guests are staying.
*Access the pool with wristbands and pool fob (4 wristbands and 1 pool fob are placed in the kitchen drawer) All wristbands and fob must be kept and returned before checking out. There is a $50 charge for each lost or broken wristband and $100 for pool fob.
