Our condo is located in Maison Sur Mer, which is considered Ocean Front Living at it's FINEST! This 2BR/2BA condo is extremely huge and roomy with covered balconies off each room. The balconies include charming vistas that you can't find anywhere else in Myrtle Beach. The best Oceanside pools in Myrtle Beach. Game rooms and exercise room included.

With isolated split bedroom suites; The Master bedroom suite has a private bath with a walk-in shower, King size bed, dresser, two nightstands, walk-in closet, Flat screen TV with cable access, an upsized chair with ottoman and it's own private balcony complete with two chairs. The huge guest bedroom suite has a private bath with a walk-in shower, 2 Queen size beds with one nightstand located between them, dresser, one nightstand located between the two beds, walk-in closet, Flat screen TV with cable access and balcony access.
LIVING AREA
The living room is located with a couch, adore seat, one arm chair, end table and an ottoman, enormous flat screen TV with cable access on our gorgeous entertainment stand. Our Sizable central living room is the ideal spot to kick back and relax while watching TV or appreciating the BEAUTIFUL OCEANFRONT side vistas, with access to the private balcony through the sliding glass doors and guest bedroom.
Other in-suite amenities include a full-size washer and dryer, iron and ironing board, sizable central living room, central air conditioning and heat, cable TV, Free WIFI. 4 Flat Screen TV's.

PARKING:
Convenient unassigned open parking is limited to two cars per unit during the summer season. Parking permits are REQUIRED & Must be displayed in your car for the duration of your stay. Motorcycles, Recreational Vehicles, and Trailers are PROHIBTED by the Homeowners Association.

Maison Sur Mer is located in the very trendy Shore Drive section in northern Myrtle Beach. A short walk will bring you to the sandy beaches of the Atlantic Ocean.

- Animals: NO FAMILY PETS are allowed in the resort, this is an HOA regulation and is stringently enforced.
- Events/Grand groups: No more than 6 guests are to occupy the unit each nighttime. Substantial events or loud noise that causes a disruption to the resort and their guests will not only constitute a full charge of the security deposit, but will result in the police being called to REMOVE you from the property immediately upon notification.

Umbrellas and chairs can be rented on the beach from the lifeguards.
Remember since this is not part of a hotel you will not receive daily maid service... If you would like daily, bi-weekly maid service or towel exchange this can be arranged for an additional fee.

Located in Myrtle Beach, this property is near theme parks and on the beach. Apache Pier and Cherry Grove Pier are worth checking out if an activity is on the agenda, while those in the mood for shopping can visit Barefoot Landing and Broadway at the Beach.
