Escape the commotion for this striking condo just steps to the ocean. Discover a homey haven outfitted with a entirely equipped kitchen, cushy furnishings, and a roomy balcony. This coastal-adorned condo features flat screen TVs in the living room and bedrooms. If you’re looking for a family-friendly hideaway, you’ve come to the right place. Myrtle Beach offers a treasure trove of amenities from pools and jacuzzis to snack bars and eateries.

You’ll appreciate starting your day on this full-length balcony. Appreciate a sneak preview of the sun emerging over the ocean as you sip your morning brew. You’ll want to come out here later to toast the starry skies with a fruity drink!

From a fast bite to a formal meal, the dining room offers a gorgeous setting to feast together. It can also double as a place to play a round of games or cards — or you could flow into the nautically decorated living room to watch a movie.

When it’s time to get some shut-eye, suite guests can getaway to their quarters while the tagalongs turn into their twin beds. Guests in either room can wind down with a movie of their choice before falling asleep.

The master suite befits two with its queen-sized bed and two coral reef lamps. You won’t have to share this en-suite bathroom with the rest of the crew either. If you have a +1 or +2, you’ll find a pull-out bed reserved for them.

How can you “seas” the day? Let us count the ways… Choose from sunbathing on the shores, calming by the pool with a margarita, or floating in the lazy river with the kids. It’s an all-in-one beachside vacation in this neck of the ocean. You’re also just a quick drive to Myrtle Beach’s greatest hits: Broadway at the Beach, the Boardwalk, and golf courses.

Tricks and tips for getting the best Myrtle Beach vacation rental experience:

Find your best deal:

  • Booking your vacation rental in Fall or Spring months is our best tip for saving money on your vacation. Rates are lower, and you'll find a better selection of desirable homes. Many vacationers use this strategy to reserve larger homes, or to book a beach front rental that would otherwise be unaffordable during the Summer months. Speaking of the off-season, don't overlook the holidays for a Myrtle Beach vacation! Who wouldn't love a holiday on the coast? Thanksgiving, Christmas, and New Years are great times to gather with friends and family at your favorite beach.
  • Book your vacation home as soon as possible. Rental schedules often become available 12 months in advance (or in September just after the Summer season ends). Many groups reserve their Summer rental homes during Thanksgiving and Christmas get-togethers. Reserve before these holidays for best selection.
  • Some hosts and property managers offer rate reductions for veterans and active duty military. Remember to ask your property manager if special offers are available for your group before you book.
  • Management companies and individual rental owners typically offer renters an option to purchase vacation insurance protection. Trip insurance, which costs 1% - 5% of the base stay price, offers visitors reimbursement of costs for any missed vacation time as a result of medical-related issues or weather disasters, as well as evacuation costs or charges, such as an unexpected hotel or extra fuel expenses. Trip insurance can be a a life-saver if the unforeseen occurs. Ask your property manager for details.
  • Many management companies supply Myrtle Beach area visitors guide magazines which will include coupons, either offered independently by local companies, or through a partnership between the rental management company and the business itself. You can also find Myrtle Beach area magazine and coupon books at local grocery stores, shopping centers, and visitor centers.

Selecting the best rental home:

  • Select vacation week and spending budget.
  • Cozy Condo with Many Updates has 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. If you need a larger or smaller rental, use our Myrtle Beach vacation rental search.
  • Precise descriptions of bedrooms and bed counts is generally available online. If not, email the property owner before you reserve the property. Note that most properties list maximum guest capacity, which usually includes sofa beds. You will need to determine which bed configuration is optimal for your family.
  • Looking for particular amenities? Most rental websites include search filters for amenities. Use these to your advantage to find the perfect rental home.
  • Proper accessibility can make or ruin a vacation for guests that require the use of a wheelchair. .
  • If your group is bringing pets, you will need a rental that allows animals. Get specifics on breed, weight, and type restrictions. Often, property managers require additional pet deposits and fees.

More considerations:

  • Get the host's phone number and arrival/departure procedures for your rental home. We recommend storing the host's contact information in your smartphone.
  • Document any damages to the property at check in, and immediately send them to the property manager. We specifically recommend e-mails and text messages, as they usually contain built-in time stamps that can be valuable if damages are assessed.
  • Ask questions. You may need instructions for a fireplace, television set or kitchen appliance. Contact your property manager. They are there to help! A brief phone call can prevent many issues.
  • Be a good neighbor! You wouldn't like disrespectful visitors bothering your life at home. Practice the golden rule for common sense. Happy residents may even recommend great local food and attractions you would have not otherwise known about!
  • Speaking of neighbors... Ask a local! Neighbors can usually help you find exactly what you're looking for. Who better to ask where to order delicious takeout, have a great night on the town, or the best spots for BBQ?
  • Protect the property owner (and your stuff!) by keeping the rental locked up while you are away, just like you would back home.
  • Don't leave anything behind! Just before you drive away, take a walk through the property to confirm you've collected all belongings. Make sure to check bathrooms, dressers, and closets for hidden items. Clean out the refrigerator and take any leftovers home.
  • Record a video to document the condition of the property.
  • Remember to leave feedback! Property owners rely on great ratings to stimulate new reservations. They'll be grateful for your feedback. Alternatively, if something went awry, other vacationing families will be thankful you shared your review and help them have the best future vacation. Be fair with your review. If something fell short of expectations, consider whether the owner had any control over the issue, and if so, whether they responded reasonably to remedy it.
