The private master bedroom has its own kitchenette and porch facing the ocean. We also are happy to host your dog as well!! There is a pet deposit of $100.00 for dogs up to 30 lbs., for dogs 31 lbs. and up the deposit is $150.00. This is a (non-returnable) fee, and it is a per dog fee, if you decide to bring your dog along on vacation with you.

The completely equipped kitchen features new stainless-steel appliances with an adjacent dining area. Guest Access:

Guests will have full access to the entire private beach bungalow.



Free parking in driveway and carport with enough space for 4 cars

Parking is not allowed on the street.

The car cannot block any part of the curb or the street.

Guests cannot park on the neighbors' driveway!

For any parking violation, the guest will be responsible for all towing expenses and tickets.



Other Things to Note:

You will be supplied with full check in instruction on the day of arrival at 12 pm. It is a self check-in with a intelligent lock.

For safety reasons, this property has outdoor security cameras.



MINIMUM AGE REQUIREMENT:

Booking event must be age 21+ and must be present at the home for the duration of the stay.

No one under the age of 21 will be allowed on the property without their parent or legal guardian unless previously agreed upon in writing.

Violation is grounds for removal from property without refund.
