Welcome to this newly remodeled, newly refreshed one of a kind ocean front condo! Savor a beautiful experience at this centrally-located place, with simple access to 21st Avenue's eateries, the Convention Center and Broadway at the Beach! What more could you ask for? With 3 pools to choose from, a lazy river, hot tubs and the Atlantic Ocean, there's a water conveniences for everybody! For those who are intimidated by heights- never fear! We are on floor 2!

Please note:
-The unit is managed off-site; therefore, all linens will need to stay in the unit. There will be no mid-stay housekeeping. If you would like housekeeping during your stay, that can be arranged for an additional fee.
- We provide a starter pack of toiletries only, and at least one set of towels per guest but you may want to pack extras.
-We will not be held responsible for things out of our control, such as community pool, hot tub, weather, your travel plans, illness, utility outages, etc.
-If you do not purchase travel insurance, you will be subject to our cancelation policy should you decide to leave early, arrive later, or cancel your stay.
