As of 2025, this property has undergone broad renovations to ensure a fresh and chic stay. All of the floor has been replaced with brand new luxury vinyl plank, the walls have been painted in handsome, modern colors, and the cabinets and countertops have been completely updated with high-end granite finishes. The furnishings has also been thoughtfully replaced with modern pieces, and the entire condo has been professionally decorated, making Palace 2305 really stand out.

Upon entering this inviting studio, guests step into the main living area and kitchen. No detail has been overlooked in the entirely updated kitchen, which features new granite countertops, bespoke cabinetry, and a modern backsplash. The space is equipped with stainless steel appliances, including a refrigerator, stove and oven, mounted microwave, dishwasher, and sink. Guests have everything they need to prepare a meal or snack at their convenience. For those who prefer to discover local dining, Myrtle Beach offers countless eateries within a short walk or fast drive from the Palace Resort. Many local eateries provide delivery service, and apps like Uber Eats and DoorDash are also readily available.

The main living area features a beautiful couch that converts into a bed placed in front of an entertainment center that doubles as a dresser, with a flat-screen TV mounted above for simple viewing. A dining table with seating for two is positioned across from the plush queen-sized bed, which is tucked into a cozy corner of the room. Overhead, a chic chandelier adds a touch of appeal and provides just the right amount of ambient lighting.

Toward the front of the condo, guests will find the updated bathroom, designed to offer a calming, spa-like experience. This space includes a gorgeously tiled walk-in shower, a brand new vanity with additional storage, a well-lit mirror, and a toilet, all finished with modern touches to enhance your stay.

Pack light! We provide our guests with bath towels, washcloths, toiletries, linens, and everything you will need to appreciate your stay. We will also provide basic "starter toiletries" that include toilet paper, paper towels, dish liquid, soap, shampoo, lotion, and conditioner. Guests will also have access to basic resort cable and wifi.

The Palace is a 23-story complex located on South Ocean Blvd in Myrtle Beach, SC. This resort is only 1 mile from the MYR International Airport and the Coastal Grandiose Mall. A Walmart is located just around the corner, and there are plenty of dining options close by. Our guests also have access to complimentary parking and beach access.
