The search for your next vacation stops here! Check out this 18th floor, completely refreshed, 1 bedroom apartment at The Palace Resort in Myrtle Beach. This 1 bedroom, 1 bath condo is entirely furnished with 1 queen size bed, and 1 queen sleeper couch. The layout of this rental will comfortably accommodate 4 guests.

This unique layout offers ample living space for our guests. Other units at the resort are much smaller, but this layout features an open floor plan and doesn't feel cramped! The master bedroom offers 1 queen bed and access to a full bathroom just outside the bedroom. This bedroom also includes access to the main balcony, which is also accessible from the living room. The guest bath is located in-between the kitchen and bedroom. The bedroom also offers a closet, dresser, and cable TV. The bedroom has been updated with a modern wall covering, as well as a barn door!

The kitchen is definitely exceptional and features brand new stainless steel appliances, brand new cabinets, and granite counter tops. The homeowners spared no expense! We provide all basic cookware, silverware, dishes and silver, glassware, and everything you will need to prepare a full meal for the family. Unlike many units, this listing also features a full-size dishwasher as well as modest appliances like a coffee maker and toaster. There are also bar stools at the kitchen counter for additional seating.

The living room is really the most calming area of the entire apartment. Our guests will savor a freshly purchased couch as well a new accent chairs, dining table, and stools. This apartment was handsomely decorated in Spring 2021, and the fresh paint and modern decor are great touches that really make this rental one-of-a-kind! The couch converts to a queen-sized sleeper couch.

Pack light! We provide our guests with bath towels, washcloths, toiletries, linens, and everything you will need to appreciate your stay. We will also provide basic "starter toiletries" that include toilet paper, paper towels, dish liquid, soap, shampoo, lotion, and conditioner.

Guests will have access to basic resort cable and wifi. The departure cleaning fee is in place to compensate the cleaner, the cost of toiletries, and the laundering of the towels, linens, and linens. We really want to make your experience with us as economical as possible! Unlike many properties managed by other companies and homeowners, we can accommodate daily housekeeping and mid staying cleaning requests for a modest fee.

The Palace is a 23-story complex located on South Ocean Blvd in Myrtle Beach, SC. This resort is only 1 mile from the MYR International Airport and the Coastal Grandiose Mall. A brand new Walmart just opened around the corner, and there are plenty of dining options close by. Our guests appreciate the location and proximity to the attractions, shopping, dining, theaters, mini golf, go karts, golfing, fishing, and so much more! Our guests also have access to complimentary parking and beach access.

We are confident that you are going to adore this rental and the location. It is really one-of-a-kind, and we are very excited to have you as our guest. See you soon!

****** Please note that affective from now 10/02 through further notice the modest indoor spa is closed for renovations, but the pools are open!*********

Strategies to get the optimal vacation property experience:

Cost saving strategies:

  • Book your vacation rental as soon as possible. Rental schedules often become available twelve months in advance (or in September just after Summer ends). Many families book their Summer rentals during holiday get-togethers. Reserve before these holidays for best selection.
  • June, July, and August are the most expensive months along the coast of SC. To find the best rental within budget, we recommend reserving in the Spring or Fall. You'll enjoy lower rental rates, greater selection, warm weather and the absence of large crowds at your favorite Myrtle Beach restaurants and activities. Many vacationers use this method to find larger homes within budget, or to reserve a beach front rental that would otherwise be unavailable or unaffordable during June, July, and August. Speaking of the off-season, don't overlook the holidays for a Myrtle Beach vacation! Who wouldn't love a holiday vacation near the ocean? Thanksgiving, Christmas, and New Years are great times to gather with loved ones at the beach.
  • Hosts sometimes offer discounts for active duty military and veterans. It's always a good idea to check with your host or property manager to see if rate reductions are available for your group before you book.
  • Management companies and individual rental owners typically offer renters an option to add vacation insurance. Trip insurance, which will generally cost 1% - 5% of the reservation price, offers visitors reimbursement of costs for missed days as a result of medical-related catastrophes or weather, as well as ensuing additional evacuation charges, such as an unexpected hotel or extra gas expenses. Trip insurance can be a a life-saver if the unforeseen happens. Ask your host for more information.
  • Often, property management companies and vacation rental houses supply Myrtle Beach area visitor guide magazines that include special offers, either offered directly by local businesses, or by way of a partnership between the rental management company and the business itself. You can also find Myrtle Beach visitors guide and coupon books at local shops and grocery stores.

Selecting the best vacation home in the Myrtle Beach area:

  • Choose a group leader, choose your vacation dates, and select a maximum budget.
  • Note the number beds and what type of bedroom configuration you need. Ocean view one bedroom - Palace 1810 has 1 bedrooms and 1 bathrooms. If you need a larger or smaller rental, use our Myrtle Beach rental home search.
  • Precise information about bedrooms and bed counts is often available online. Otherwise, reach out to the property owner before you reserve your home. Note that most listings specify maximum guest capacity, which typically includes sofa beds.
  • If your group is bringing pets, you must reserve a pet-friendly vacation rental. Make sure to ask for specifics on breed, weight, and type restrictions. Be aware that some property owners charge additional pet fees.
  • If there's a particular Myrtle Beach attraction you are crazy about, look for properties that are either close by, or those that cater especially to your desires.
  • Appropriate accessibility amenities can make or ruin a vacation for persons with disabilities. Confirm all necessary amenities are available before reserving a rental

Have a wonderful stay:

  • We recommend storing the manager's information in your smartphone and wallet.
  • Property managers are available to help! Don't be shy to ask questions during your stay.
  • Lock your rental while you are away. Protect your property!
  • To ensure that damages are not attributed to your visit, make note of any problem areas when you arrive. Get in touch with the host immediately to report your findings. If there is a dispute about legal responsibility later, having a record of concerns and contact attempts will be valuable.
  • Be a good neighbor! You wouldn't like loud visitors disrupting your peaceful neighborhood. Practice the golden rule for best judgement. If they like you, locals might even recommend great beaches and places you would have never otherwise known!
  • Don't forget to... Ask a local! Neighbors can often help. Who better to ask where to find the best bike paths, have a great night on the town, or the best spots for fine dining?
  • Don't leave anything behind! Before departing, walk through the rental property to confirm you've collected everything. Remember to check closets, dressers, garages, and bathrooms for hidden items. Clean the refrigerator and take any leftovers home.
  • Inspect the property one final time and look for damage. We advise inspecting the property with the host whenever possible. If the manager is not available, remember to take video of the property to record its condition.
  • Remember to leave feedback! Hosts rely on excellent feedback to inspire future reservations. They'll be thankful for your review. Alternatively, if something wasn't right, other vacationing families will will be grateful for your review and help them have the best future vacation. Remember to be objective. If something fell short of expectations, consider whether the manager had any control over the issue, and if so, whether they responded quickly to solve it.
