The search for your next vacation stops here! Check out this 18th floor, completely refreshed, 1 bedroom apartment at The Palace Resort in Myrtle Beach. This 1 bedroom, 1 bath condo is entirely furnished with 1 queen size bed, and 1 queen sleeper couch. The layout of this rental will comfortably accommodate 4 guests.

This unique layout offers ample living space for our guests. Other units at the resort are much smaller, but this layout features an open floor plan and doesn't feel cramped! The master bedroom offers 1 queen bed and access to a full bathroom just outside the bedroom. This bedroom also includes access to the main balcony, which is also accessible from the living room. The guest bath is located in-between the kitchen and bedroom. The bedroom also offers a closet, dresser, and cable TV. The bedroom has been updated with a modern wall covering, as well as a barn door!

The kitchen is definitely marvelous and features brand new stainless steel appliances, brand new cabinets, and granite counter tops. The homeowners spared no expense! We provide all basic cookware, silverware, dishes and silver, glassware, and everything you will need to prepare a full meal for the family. Unlike many units, this listing also features a full-size dishwasher as well as modest appliances like a coffee maker and toaster. There are also bar stools at the kitchen counter for additional seating.

The living room is really the most calming area of the entire apartment. Our guests will appreciate a freshly purchased couch as well a new accent chairs, dining table, and stools. This apartment was delightfully decorated in Spring 2021, and the fresh paint and modern decor are great touches that really make this rental one-of-a-kind! The couch converts to a queen-sized sleeper couch.

Pack light! We provide our guests with bath towels, washcloths, toiletries, linens, and everything you will need to savor your stay. We will also provide basic "starter toiletries" that include toilet paper, paper towels, dish liquid, soap, shampoo, lotion, and conditioner.

Guests will have access to basic resort cable and wifi. The departure cleaning fee is in place to compensate the cleaner, the cost of toiletries, and the laundering of the towels, linens, and linens. We really want to make your experience with us as economical as possible! Unlike many properties managed by other companies and homeowners, we can accommodate daily housekeeping and mid staying cleaning requests for a modest fee.

The Palace is a 23-story complex located on South Ocean Blvd in Myrtle Beach, SC. This resort is only 1 mile from the MYR International Airport and the Coastal Grandiose Mall. A brand new Walmart just opened around the corner, and there are plenty of dining options close by. Our guests appreciate the location and proximity to the attractions, shopping, dining, theaters, mini golf, go karts, golfing, fishing, and so much more! Our guests also have access to complimentary parking and beach access.

We are confident that you are going to appreciate this rental and the location. It is really one-of-a-kind, and we are very excited to have you as our guest. See you soon!

****** Please note that affective from now 10/02 through further notice the modest indoor spa is closed for renovations, but the pools are open!*********

Tricks and tips for getting the best Myrtle Beach vacation home experience:

When to go & When to reserve a Myrtle Beach rental home:

  • Summer time is high season in the Myrtle Beach area. Reserving a rental home in the Fall or Spring shoulder seasons is our favorite way to save money on your vacation home. Rates are lower, and you'll find a better selection of acceptable homes. Many vacationers use this method to reserve larger homes, or to book a beach front rental that would otherwise be unaffordable during the Summer months. Speaking of the off-season, don't overlook the holidays for a Myrtle Beach vacation! Who wouldn't love a holiday vacation near the ocean? Thanksgiving and Christmas are great times to gather with loved ones at the beach.
  • Reserve your vacation home as soon as possible. Rental schedules usually become available twelve months in advance (or in September just after the Summer season ends). Many families reserve their Summer rentals during Thanksgiving and Christmas gatherings. Book before these holidays for best selection.
  • Veterans and Active Duty Military members may be qualified for special discounts. Be sure to ask your prospective vacation rental company or host if your vacationing group qualifies for a discount.
  • Property managers typically offer guests an option to purchase trip insurance. Trip insurance, which costs between 1% - 5% of the base stay price, offers visitors reimbursement of costs for missed days as a result of medical-related emergencies or weather, as well as hurricane evacuation charges, such as an unanticipated hotel or additional gas expenses. Trip insurance can be a a bank account-saver if the unforeseen happens. Ask the property owner for specifics.
  • Find a copy of your local Myrtle Beach visitors guide when you check-in. If your rental home doesn't have one, you can find them at local grocery stores, shopping centers, and visitor centers. In addition to great local information, travel guide magazines have offers and deals for nearby accommodations, tours and attractions.

Selecting and booking the perfectrental:

  • Select a group lead, choose your dates, and select a spending budget.
  • Determine how many bedrooms and the configuration your group requires. Ocean view one bedroom - Palace 1810 has 1 bedrooms and 1 bathrooms.
  • Specific information about bedrooms and bed types is usually available on booking websites. Otherwise, reach out to the property manager before booking the vacation home. Remember that most listings specify maximum guest capacity, which often includes sofa beds and bunks.
  • Are you looking for specific amenities? Most websites include search filters for amenities. Filtering by amenity will allow you to quickly find the best rental.
  • Appropriate accessibility can make or ruin a vacation for guests that require the use of a wheelchair. Confirm all required amenities are available before booking
  • If your family is traveling with pets, you'll need to search for a pet-friendly property. Make sure to ask for details on breed, weight, and type restrictions. Some property managers require additional pet deposits and fees.

Advice for a great stay:

  • Take a copy of the host's phone number and entry/exit procedures for your rental.
  • Record any damages to the property at check in, and immediately contact the owner. We specifically recommend texts and e-mails, as they usually contain time stamps that can be beneficial if damages are assessed.
  • Ask questions. You may want instructions for a hot tub, elevator or kitchen appliance. Contact your owner. They are there to help! A brief telephone call prevents quite a few issues.
  • Be a good neighbor! You wouldn't like obnoxious vacationers disrupting your home life. Practice the golden rule for best judgement. Happy residents may even recommend great restaurants and scenic spots you would have never otherwise known about!
  • Don't forget to... Ask a local! Local residents can often help. Who better to ask where to launch your kayaks, have a great night on the town, or the best spots for fine dining?
  • Lock your vacation home while you are out. Protect the owner's property and your stuff!
  • Don't leave anything behind! Just before departing, walk through the property to confirm you've collected all personal belongings. Remember to check dressers, closets, and bathrooms for hidden items. Clean out the refrigerator and take or dispose of leftovers.
  • Walk through the rental one final time and keep an eye out for any damage. We suggest walking through with the host whenever you can. If the manager isn't available, remember to take video of the property to record its condition.
  • Did your group have a fantastic vacation? Many rental managers make it easy for travelers to provide feedback. If your property and/or property manager was terrific, they will likely appreciate your kind words. If anything was amiss and they failed to fix it within reason, or if the vacation rental wasn't as described, you'll want to make a note as part of your review.
