BEDROOMS: With sleeping options for up to 4 guests and a separate bedroom, our floor plan is ideal for mingling, you can appreciate catching up and relaxing amongst all the sun and fun!  THE PRIMARY BEDROOM HAS A KING BED, and in the living room there is a sleeper couch for additional sleeping space.

The total size of our home is 500 square feet, so it is ideal for a modest family, two couples, or a group of golfers. Our max. occupancy is 4 guests.

KITCHEN: There is a full kitchen equipped with all dishes, cookware, glassware and silverware!  Savor a morning cup of coffee with refreshed dual coffee maker, an afternoon drink, and prepare a full meal whenever you like - all within the comfort of your own villa!

-Guests will have access to all resort amenities EXCEPT for the on site restaurant.
-ONLY 1 VEHICLE ACCEPTED AS THIS IS A 1 BEDROOM CONDO.
-LAUNDRY: Coin operated laundry room on the 4th floor for additional convenience.
-This unit is located on the 5th floor with elevator access.
-Updated dual coffee maker.
-VERY IMPORTANT: Smaller Vehicles must not park on the 1st floor, must be on the 2nd or third floor of parking garage or subject to being towed.
-No family pets allowed
-No motorbikes, golfcarts, or trailers.
-Pool may close during November-April
-Daily housekeeping service is not supplied
-One roll of toilet paper, dish soap and paper towels are included in a starter bag.

A licensed Realtor will be there, and they will lock up when they leave - just go about your vacation as usual! You are welcome to be in the condo or not - it is up to you. -We are a privately owned unit, sheets and towels are only supplied at the beginning of the stay.***


Policies:
-For payments made directly to Carolina Palm Vacations: Names must match on reservation, payment method, and photo ID. If the name on your reservation is not the same as the card holder, reservations will be subject to cancelation.

-Photo IDs are required for all reservations across all platforms.

-Weather Policy: For any stays during the summer and fall, we strongly recommend purchasing travel insurance. Refunds and reschedules are only issued in the event of a mandatory city-wide evacuation, or if the property becomes uninhabitable due to prolonged power outage or flood.

-Pool disclaimer: In the event of unscheduled maintenance or changing HOA procedures Carolina Palm Vacations does not guarantee pool use during a stay. We will do everything in our power to give notification in advance about any closure.

House Rules

Check-in is 4:00 p.m. and Check-out is 10:00 a.m. No early check-in or late check-out. Consider adding an additional nighttime to your stay if needed.

1. Minimum renter age 25. Guest age 25 or older must be staying on property at all times.

2. No smoking. Guests must pick up any cigarette butts if smoking outdoors.

3. If departure procedures are not followed, additional charges will apply.

4. If there is damage to the linens or the property, additional charges will apply.

5. $150 Inconvenience fee if property is still occupied (after 10 a.m. on check-out day) when housekeepers arrive.

6. Refunds will not be given for stays canceled outside the complimentary cancellation window.

7. CREDIT CARD USED AT BOOKING MUST MATCH NAME ON RESERVATION AND PHOTO ID. Otherwise, your booking will not be valid.
