  • 1 Bathrooms
  • Condo
  • Approximately 650 square feet

Located at the Caravelle Resort in Myrtle Beach, this condo offers expansive oceanfront vistas of the Atlantic Ocean. This unit has been refreshed with new furnishings, air purifier, and decor. As of April 2024, new Roku TVs have been installed in the bedroom and living room! Watch all your favorite shows through your favorite apps; simply sign in and appreciate! The layout is ideal and is completely furnished with 2 double beds, a full-size murphy bed, and will comfortably accommodate a total of 6 guests!

Upon entering the unit, guests will walk into the bedroom. The bedroom features 2 full beds, a new Roku TV, a dresser, an air purifier, an adjustable AC unit, and access to the bathroom just down the hall. The bathroom features a sink, counter space, upsized mirror, toilet, and tub/shower.

Next up, the kitchen is located in between the living area and the bedroom and features a stove, full-size refrigerator, microwave, and cabinet space for storage. Guests can savor the luxury of having a entirely supplied kitchen, making it convenient for cooking meals during their stay. For guests who prefer to dine out, Myrtle Beach offers hundreds of dining options, many of which are within a short walk or drive from the Caravelle Resort. Many eateries in the area offer delivery, but if not, guests can rely on food delivery options like Uber Eats and DoorDash.

The living area is the last room that our guests will enter. The living room is the most calming area of the entire condo! Our guests have given high praise to the view and have even sent us impressive photos of the sunset. The living room is fully furnished with a couch, full-size wall bed, dining table and chairs, adjustable AC unit, coffee table, a throw rug and pillows for the couch, charming wall art across this space and the kitchen, and access to the private balcony.

Guests will have access to basic resort cable and Wi-Fi. The departure cleaning fee is in place to compensate the cleaner, the cost of toiletries, and the laundering of the towels, linens, and linens. We really want to make your experience with us as economical as possible! Unlike many properties managed by other companies and homeowners, we can accommodate daily housekeeping and mid staying cleaning requests for a modest fee. Our guests appreciate being on the 10th floor and the view is second to none! Because the parking deck is attached to the building, guests can often find available parking spaces and effortlessly access the unit using 1 of the 4 elevators! There is a parking garage across the street for overflow parking if needed.

Located at The Caravelle Resort, this unit is in close proximity to Myrtle Beach's most appreciated attractions. The resort is located on the Northern end of Myrtle Beach, but still close enough to everything Myrtle Beach has to offer. There are multiple eateries within walking distance of the resort, and central Myrtle Beach is about a 10-min. drive (with traffic). The Myrtle Beach International Airport is only a 15-min. drive from The Caravelle!

We are confident that you are going to appreciate this rental and the location. It is really one-of-a-kind, and we are very excited to have you as our guest. See you soon!

Caravelle Resort and Tower both have laundry facilities, and guests of both the Tower and Resort have access to all pools, kiddie pools, exercise center and arcade within both buildings. Our guests do not have access to the tiki bar and restaurant located onsite.

How to book the best vacation property experience:

When to visit Myrtle Beach & When to book:

  • Summer months are the most expensive season in Myrtle Beach. Booking your Myrtle Beach vacation home in Fall or Spring is an excellent way to save on your rental home. Rates are lower, and you'll find a larger selection of acceptable properties. Many vacationers use this strategy to find larger homes within budget, or to book a beach front vacation rental that would otherwise be unaffordable during the Summer.
  • The sooner you can book a vacation rental, the better your selection will be. The most desirable rental homes are reserved early. Reserving your vacation home up to 12 months before your travel dates is recommended. Holidays such as Christmas and Thanksgiving are excellent times to plan and reserve your rental property.
  • Owners sometimes offer discounts for veterans. Remember to ask your host or property manager if special discounts are available for your family before you book.
  • Property managers typically offer customers an option to buy trip insurance. Trip insurance, which usually costs anywhere between 1% - 5% of the reservation price, offers visitors reimbursement of costs for any missed time as a result of personal medical-related emergencies or weather, as well as ensuing additional evacuation charges, such as an unanticipated hotel or extra fuel expenses. Trip insurance is definitely a bank account-saver if the unforeseen occurs. Ask your property manager for details.
  • Find a copy of your local Myrtle Beach visitors guide upon arrival. If your rental property doesn't have one, you can find them at local grocery stores and visitor centers. In addition to great local information, visitors guide magazines contain discounts for nearby tours and attractions.

Use filters to narrow your search:

  • Select a group lead, select your trip dates, and select a spending budget.
  • Determine how many beds and the configuration your group needs. Oceanfront 1 Bedroom Suite with Beautiful Décor and Accents Caravelle Resort 1039 Sleeps 6 Guests has 1 bedrooms and 1 bathrooms. If you need a larger or smaller rental, use our Myrtle Beach rental home search.
  • Precise descriptions of bedrooms and bed types is often accessible online. Otherwise, email or call the host before you book your home. Remember that most properties list the maximum guest capacity, which usually includes sofa beds.
  • If there's a specific Myrtle Beach beach you simply love, browse rentals that are either close by, or those that cater to your needs.
  • Suitable accessibility amenities can make or ruin a vacation for the less-mobile. Make certain to ask about wheel chair accessibility, pool lifts and specialized equipment needs.
  • Some properties allow pets, but others don't. Allowable types of dog or cat, weight and breeds may be restricted, and added fees may apply. Ask the owner about allowable breeds and types before booking.

Advice for your stay:

  • Add the host's contact info to your phone. Understand and take a copy of arrival/departure procedures.
  • Record any issues with the rental at check in, and immediately e-mail them to the property manager. We specifically recommend e-mails and text messages, as they usually contain built-in time stamps that can be helpful if there is a dispute.
  • Property managers are there to help! Don't be shy to ask questions before, during, or after your stay.
  • Be a good neighbor! You wouldn't like disagreeable vacationers bothering your peace. Practice the golden rule for common sense. If they like you, locals might even recommend great beaches and attractions you would have never otherwise known!
  • Don't forget to... Ask a local! Residents can frequently help. Who better to ask where to rent beach equipment, have a great night out, or the best spots for crabbing?
  • Ensure you protect the property owner (and your stuff!) by locking and securing the home when you are out, just like you would back home.
  • At departure, complete a walk-through to make sure you haven't leave anything behind. Re-check bathrooms, dressers, and closets for hidden items. Clean out the refrigerator and take or dispose of leftovers.
  • Inspect the property one final time and look for damage. We suggest inspecting the property with the property manager whenever you can (often this isn't possible). If the property manager isn't available, ensure that you take video and pictures of the rental to record its condition at check-out.
  • Did you have a terrific stay? Most rental management companies make it easy for clients to provide reviews. If your property and/or property management company was terrific, they would love to hear it. If anything was defective and they failed to address it reasonably, or if the vacation rental wasn't described correctly, you'll want to make a note as part of your feedback.
