Child Safety: While we welcome kids, please note the condo is not childproof. Parents should closely supervise young kids and those prone to indoor horseplay.

Check-In Convenience: Lil’ Salty is a privately owned condo with a coded lock, so no need to stop at the front desk! Reach out to us directly if you have any issues upon arrival.

Parking: Two complimentary parking passes are supplied with your stay. Motorcycles are welcome in the parking garage with a pass.

Refund Policy: Full refunds for unused nights will be issued in the event of a mandatory evacuation. Please note, no refunds are included for weather-related delays or cancellations outside of the area. Travel insurance is highly recommended, especially during hurricane season (June–November).
