Must be over 25 years of age to rent our homes. During the summer season, we only have weekly units, Saturday to Saturday. We live close by and will greet you upon your arrival, so show you around and answer any questions you may have.

You will appreciate SuzBeachHouse and our complex and have your best vacation ever, in an oceanfront complex, and our home is only 75 steps from the beach. This, privately owned home in MYRTLE BEACH, is gorgeously decorated in vibrant Caribbean colors. Located in a family-aligned community with 24-hour security and an enforced ten-MPH speed limit. Our home has COMPLIMENTARY wireless internet and our complex ,has a mile-long private beach, w/lifeguards and rental chairs/umbrellas available. The deck has bar height table/chairs, so you have a great ocean view. We have flat TVs in every area, completely-furnished kitchen, outdoor inclosed shower and a fabulous ambiance for calming while appreciating the spectacular view.

Our complex has a sizable recreation center with planned activities, LARGE COMPLIMENTARY WATER PARK, two pools (one indoor), playgrounds, ocean-side basketball, volleyball, bocce ball, bean bag, shuffleboard, mini-golf, etc. Also, located on our grounds are snack bars, grocery store, and many other facilities.

Conveniences: Our home has COMPLIMENTARY wireless internet access, air conditioning, extended cable TV in every area.

KITCHEN is entirely equipped with everything you will need - microwave, dishwasher, crock pot, blender, coffee maker, enormous granite counter space, , etc.

There is a charcoal grille, outside shower, washer/dryer and covered parking for three cars.

Miniature golf, arcade, snack bars, grocery store, walk-up basketball, volleyball, bocce ball, cycling, horseshoe, bean bag, fishing, shelling and many other activities supplied in our complex. Nearby are eateries, live theater, cinemas, museums boating, sailing - just about anything you can want in a beach vacation (no snow skiing).

You may bring your own linens or have a linen package supplied for $175. This includes sheets for all beds, bath/hand towels, wash cloths, and kitchen towels, no beach towels.

We have golf carts available for rent with our homes. Prices vary by season. DMV rules apply to Golf Carts: driver must be at least 16 years of age and have a valid drivers license to operate a golf cart in Ocean Lakes, no speeding, 10 MPH, and no driving with open container.

Disclosures:
House will sleep a max. of 11. (4 queens, 3 twins)

Hurricane policy - If there is a mandatory evacuation, refunds will be prorated for days in effect.

Renter is responsible for any fines assessed by Ocean Lakes to that guest or anyone in their group. Golf cart fines will result in loss of use of golf cart, no refunds on golf cart or damage/cleaning deposit on home.

Lost keys will result in $75 fee, deducted from deposit.

Additional Fees:
Parking Fee - Paid directly to Ocean Lakes, $12-15./day/car. After deposit is received you may contact the Ocean Lakes office, 843-238-5635, to obtain car passes and will be charged $12./day/car. Car passes obtained within 2 weeks of arrival will be charged $15./DAY/VEHICLE.

Linen package - $175. for sheets, towels, no beach towels. Or you may furnish your own linens.

Golf cart: We have golf carts available for rent with our homes.
