This ocean front studio is entirely furnished with 1 king bed, accent chair, dresser and closet for storage, dining table and chairs, TV with basic cable, resort wifi, private bathroom with tub/shower and vanity, refrigerator, kitchen sink, and more! The space is ideal for a couple's hideaway!

As of Spring 2023, this unit had been updated and we could not be more excited to share them with you! For starters in the main living space all new furnishings was installed and includes: new king bed frame, new side tables, new accent chair, new table and chairs, new wall mounted TV, new dresser for storage, and new décor throughout! This unit also features new carpeting, new kitchen cabinets, gorgeous tile backsplash, and fresh paint. Aside from the handsome, modern updates, our guests will certainly savor countless, expansive, ocean front vistas from the apartment. This condo has its own private balcony, and past guests have spotted dolphins and alluring sunsets!

If you're planning your next vacation, Sand Dunes 2434 is ideal for a couple looking to appreciate a nice, clean, roomy rental. If more space is needed, rent this room AND others at the SAME resort, possibly even the SAME floor (ask us how)! Aside from the beautiful living space, guests will also have access to a full bathroom with vanity, upsized mirror, towels, and starter toiletries. The kitchenette features a full-size refrigerator, microwave, and kitchen sink. For guests who prefer to dine out, Myrtle Beach has hundreds of marvelous dining options within a short drive or Uber. Uber Eats, DoorDash, Postmates, and Grubhub have become very trendy and convenient options as well.

Be sure to pack light! All towels, toiletries, linens, and linens are included. We also provide starter amenities such as toilet paper, paper towels, soap, shampoo, lotion, and conditioner for each reservation. We also provide 8 towels and 8 washcloths per bathroom.

Sand Dunes also offers many indoor and outdoor pools, jacuzzis, sauna, onsite eateries, humongous arcade, and even more amenities for you and your family to enjoy before calming in this beautiful unit.

The departure cleaning fee is in place to compensate the cleaner, the cost of toiletries, and the laundering of the towels, linens, and linens. We really want to make your experience with us as economical as possible! Unlike many properties managed by other companies and homeowners, we can accommodate daily housekeeping and mid staying cleaning requests for a modest fee.

About the Area

Located in Myrtle Beach, this condo is on the beach. Apache Pier and Cherry Grove Pier are worth checking out if an activity is on the agenda, while those wishing to experience the area's popular attractions can visit SkyWheel Myrtle Beach and Ripley's Aquarium. Family Kingdom Amusement Park and Captain Hook's Adventure Golf are also worth visiting. Be sure to check out the area's animals with activities such as game walks and birdwatching.
