As you step inside, you are greeted by a freshly updated kitchen that blends style and functionality. Outfitted with modern appliances including a refrigerator, stove and oven, mounted microwave, and a brand new drip coffee maker, this space makes preparing meals simple and convenient. Plenty of cabinet storage accepts you to conveniently organize your groceries, and the kitchen is supplied with all the essentials including cookware, silverware, cutlery, and glassware. If you prefer to dine out, the resort offers multiple onsite options, and you are just mins. from countless eateries throughout Myrtle Beach. Delivery services like Uber Eats and DoorDash are also readily available.

Positioned just across from the kitchen, the bathroom has been charmingly upgraded to offer both comfort and style. It features a shower and tub combination with a decorative tiled backsplash, a comfort height toilet, and a vanity sink. An additional separate vanity area provides additional space, making it painless for everybody to get ready without feeling rushed.

Moving further into the condo, the main living and sleeping area offers a casual and welcoming layout. Two queen sized beds are arranged side by side with an end table and lamp between them, creating a cozy and functional sleeping setup. Across the room, a dresser provides convenient storage for your belongings. A newly added dining table offers a great place for meals, morning coffee, or a casual game nighttime.

Just beyond this space, a modest sitting area creates an additional spot to relax. A loveseat paired with a coffee table offers comfortable seating, while a brand new 50 inch TV on an entertainment stand and an accent chair round out the space. It is the ideal place to relax after a day spent appreciating the beach.

Smoking is prohibited inside the apartment and on the balcony. Should any smoking occur, the full amount of the security deposit will be retained, and other fines may be assessed. Guests will also be subject to eviction per resort policy. Dunes Village Resort does not allow family pets. Animals are not allowed at the resort, or inside unit #347. The minimum age to book this property is 18 years of age. Limit 4 guests.

An outdoor playground, basketball court, tennis court, exercise center, putting greens, pool tables, ping pong tables, shuffleboard, and foosball table will be available to our guests! Dunes Village Resort also has a concierge desk to assist you with planning all of your Myrtle Beach fun activities!!

Dunes Village Resort is located roughly 10 mins. from Central Myrtle Beach, the Myrtle Beach International Airport and the famed Skywheel. There are so many dining and entertainment options close by including Duplin Winery, Barefoot Landing, Alligator Adventure, and the Big M Casino boats! Being just north of the heart of Myrtle Beach, this location is much quieter overall than downtown Myrtle Beach, but it isn't as far north as other places, making this one of the best locations!
