The unit is equipped with kitchen essentials to help you conveniently prepare your meals, a living room with HDMI/USB ports inputs access to the TV, pull out couch, complimentary WIFI and designer lighting. The Space:
This suite has upgraded amenities and designer touches. For movie evenings, watch your favorite shows on a 50-inch 4K intelligent Samsung or LG TV, and create the mood with the best and most sophisticated LED lighting elements in the bedroom and living room. Do you have business to attend to? No worries, there's a separate work area with USB and HDMI ports that link to the TV, as well as plenty of room for your laptop. The condo has impressive, creative wall paneling in the living area and bedroom.

The kitchen has been completely remodeled with designer stainless steel appliances and gray cabinetry with a royal blue tile backsplash and a gorgeous white quartz countertop with an induction cooktop, ideal for whipping up a delicious breakfast before appreciating a fun beach day. Prepare to use your chef skills in this in this pretty kitchen equipped with all the necessary equipment, tableware, glasses, and silverware. The suite features a comfortable and enormous king bed with pillowtop in the bedroom, as well as a queen sleeper couch in the living room, accepting for up to a 4 person occupancy.

On property, parking is available and supplied. 1-Bedroom Suites and Smaller will receive 1 Parking spot at check-in.

Guest Access:
Guests have access to the entire apartment. Guests can also use the pools and hot tubs located on the bottom level of this building. There is outdoor pool, lazy river, kiddie pool as well as indoor pool and hot tub.

Guests DO NOT have access to the business center, on-site washer/dryers, the gym or the café on the lobby level.

Conveniently located oceanfront resort is located on the beach, 6 miles from Myrtle Beach State Park and steps away from the Myrtle Beach Boardwalk and Promenade's attractions, stores, and eateries.

Getting Around:
The finest way to get around Myrtle Beach is by car or Uber. While staying at the resort you can walk to the beach or to the following attractions or eateries.

Other Things to Note:
All suites managed by Casanita Properties have code locks for the doors, so there is no need to waste time checking in at any front-desk lobby. All access codes will be sent to you on the day of check in by 4pm. Parking passes as well as pool wristbands (where required) will already be waiting for you in your suite.

Please note that items such as beach chairs, umbrellas, etc. are not included by us but can typically be rented from a variety of vendors at the beach, subject to seasonality.

Non-Smoking:
The Holiday Pavilion is a smoke-complimentary / tobacco-complimentary Myrtle Beach resort experience. This includes all rooms, balconies, and common areas. As a courtesy to other guests, and to maintain a healthy and clean environment, the use of electronic cigarettes, vaporizers, and smokeless tobacco of any kind is PROHIBITED. If there is evidence of smoking in your room and/or your balcony, you will be charged a minimum of a $250 fee to cover our cleaning costs. If discovered, a violation of this policy will result in your immediate eviction. This policy is taken seriously and is STRICTLY ENFORCED.

Please, please, please check-out at your arranged check-out time. Late check-outs are very disruptive to our cleaning, inspector and office teams and often inconvenience our next, incoming guests. All violators will be charged an unauthorized late check-out fee of $100.

NO PARTIES OR EVENTS. Violators will be subject to a $250 fine.

NO FAMILY PETS ARE ACCEPTED IN THE UNIT. Violators will be subject to a minimum of a $250 fine and additional cleaning costs may pertain.

Our locations are privately owned and rented by individual hosts (please treat our properties with respect), all questions or requests must be made by contacting us as we are providing guest services. Any front desks operating in, or near, these locations will not have your information and will be unable to assist you with your stay or questions you may have.

Please note our pre-check-in policy. Failure to sign our check-in form and provide a valid government-issued ID by 3 PM on the day of check-in will result in the inability to check in that day. However, guests may reschedule their check-in for the next available day between 10 AM and 3 PM upon compliance with our pre-check-in rules.
