Something about our building Arcadian II

We are a smaller high rise; Yep only 6 condos per floor. No long waits for the elevator. No running down in the morning to save your lounge chairs at the pool. These issues are never a problem at our building as we have plenty of pool chairs and great elevators. Oh and no bad locations in this building as all are Oceanfront.

The Tennis Court is available most of the time but if not you can reserve it.
Our rear door is only 25 yards to the beach! Giant parking lot with spaces close to the entrance! Bellmen Carts by the front door to help you get your bags in and out.

Arcadian Shores section is right in between Myrtle and North Myrtle Beach in unincorporated Horry County. Our address is in Myrtle Beach but a little distance from the hordes. If you like the hordes on occasion restaurant row is 2 mins.. Barefoot landing is a 5 min. drive and Broadway at the beach about 15 mins..

Myrtle Beach rental property booking tips:

Find your perfect rental:

  • Book your vacation home as soon as possible. Rental schedules often open twelve months in advance (or in September just after the Summer season ends). Many groups reserve their Summer rental homes during Thanksgiving, Christmas, and New Years Eve gatherings. Reserve before these holidays for best selection.
  • Reserving a rental home in Spring or Fall is our best tip for saving money on your rental home. Rental rates are lower, and you'll find a larger selection of suitable homes. Many vacationers use this strategy to find larger homes within budget, or to book an oceanfront vacation rental that would otherwise be unaffordable during June, July, and August. Speaking of the off-season, don't overlook Winter holidays for a Myrtle Beach vacation! Who wouldn't love a holiday vacation near the ocean? Christmas, Thanksgiving, and New Years Eve are great times to gather with loved ones at your favorite beach.
  • Hosts and Property managers sometimes offer discounts for veterans and active duty military. Make sure to check with your host or property manager to see if special discounts are available for your family.
  • Booking websites often offer guests an option to add vacation insurance. Trip insurance, which usually costs anywhere between 1% - 5% of the stay price, offers visitors reimbursement of costs for any missed time as a result of medical-related catastrophes or weather disasters, as well as hurricane evacuation costs or charges, such as an unexpected hotel or extra fuel expenses. Trip insurance is definitely a welcome relief if the unforeseen happens. Ask the property owner for program terms and fees.
  • Often, management companies supply Myrtle Beach area travel guide magazines which often include money-saving offers, either offered independently by local businesses, or through a relationship between the rental management company and the business itself. You can also find visitors guide and coupon books at local shops and grocery stores.

Filter your rental search:

  • Choose dates and max budget.
  • Note the number bedrooms and what type of bedroom configuration your group requires. Oceanfront_Spectacular View _Bright\/Pristine_Family Friendly In a Quiet Building has 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. If you need a larger or smaller rental, use our rentals search.
  • Specific information regarding bedrooms and bed counts is normally accessible online. Otherwise, reach out to the property manager before you book your home. Remember that most listings specify the maximum guest capacity, which often includes pull-out couches and bunk beds. You'll need to establish what configuration is optimal for your vacation group.
  • If your family is traveling with pets, you will need a rental that allows animals. Ask for specifics on breed, weight, and type requirements. Be aware that some hosts charge pet deposits and fees.
  • Are you visiting for a specific event? Use a map search to browse nearby rentals.
  • Appropriate accessibility amenities can make or ruin a vacation for those with limited mobility. Confirm all required amenities are included before reserving a rental.

Additional considerations:

  • Be sure you get the owner's phone number and arrival/departure procedures for your .
  • Ask questions. You may need instructions for a hot tub, stereo or thermostat. Contact your property manager. They are there to help! A brief telephone call prevents many concerns.
  • Ensure you protect the owner (and your stuff!) by locking the rental when you are away, just like you would back home.
  • To make sure damages aren't attributed to your family's visit, make a record of any problem areas when you arrive. Speak to the property manager immediately to relay your findings. If there is a dispute, having the recorded problems and contact attempts will be helpful.
  • Be a good neighbor! You wouldn't like troublesome visitors disrupting your quiet neighborhood. Practice the golden rule for best judgement. Happy residents may even recommend great restaurants and attractions you would've not otherwise known!
  • Speaking of neighbors... Ask a local! Locals can usually help you find exactly what you're looking for. Who better to ask where to get the best seafood, have a great night on the town, or the best spots for fine dining?
  • Don't leave anything behind! Before you drive away, walk through the rental to reconfirm you've collected all personal items. Check bathrooms, garages, and back yards for hidden treasure. Remove everything from the refrigerator and take any leftovers home.
  • Go through the property a final time and scan for any damage. We recommend inspecting the property with the host whenever you can (often this isn't possible). If the manager isn't available, remember to take pictures of the property to record its condition.
  • After your trip, leave feedback! Property owners rely on great ratings to stimulate more bookings. They'll be grateful for your review. Alternatively, if something went wrong, other families will appreciate that you share your feedback and help them have the best future vacation. Remember to be objective. If something fell short of expectations, consider whether the property manager had any control over the issue, and if so, whether they responded expeditiously to fix it.
