As of January 2025, we've finished some really impressive upgrades that we're eager to share with you. The main living area now features brand-new luxury LVP floor, and we've added fresh furnishings and décor throughout. For your entertainment, we've upgraded with new intelligent TVs in both bedrooms and the living room. Plus, we've added a comfortable electric fireplace in the living room—a ideal spot to curl up by the fire while appreciating expansive vistas of the shining ocean.

Upon arrival, you'll step into the open and welcoming kitchen and living area. One of the best features of this condo is the thoughtful layout—unlike many other 2-bedroom units, you won't have to walk through a bedroom to enter or exit. To your right, you'll find the first bedroom and one of the two bathrooms. The bedroom is furnished with two twin beds, a dresser, and a new 40-inch intelligent TV. It also offers direct access to the private ocean view balcony, where you can relax and appreciate the sights and sounds of the beach.

Across the hall from this bedroom is the first full bathroom, gorgeously refreshed with a modern shower, vanity with a sink, and a new mirror. It's fresh, clean, and ideal for your convenience.

The heart of this condo is the cavernous living room—an inviting space to relax and take in countless northern ocean vistas. Perched on the 4th floor, the vistas are simply spectacular—not too high, not too low, just the ideal vantage point for watching the waves roll in. The living room features a dining area, queen-sized sleeper couch, accent chairs, and end tables. A brand-new 50-inch intelligent TV is also included for your entertainment. The electric fireplace adds a cozy ambiance, and from here, you can step out onto the ocean view balcony, which has been outfitted with new outdoor seating, ideal for enjoying the breeze and vistas.

The kitchen is just off the living area, and it's equipped with everything you need for a anxiety-complimentary stay. The kitchen features full-size appliances, including a refrigerator, freezer, stove, oven, microwave, dishwasher, and Keurig coffee maker. The countertops are bespoke granite, complementing the cabinetry and appliances elegantly. We've supplied the kitchen with all the essential cookware, silverware, pots, pans, cutlery, glassware, dishes, and more, so you can prepare and dine at your leisure.

Continuing past the kitchen, you'll find the second bedroom, offering a queen-sized bed, dresser, new 40-inch intelligent TV, nightstand, and closet space for your belongings. A brand new Walmart just opened around the corner, and there are plenty of dining options close by. Our guests adore the location and proximity to the attractions, shopping, dining, theaters, mini golf, go karts, golfing, fishing, and so much more! Our guests also have access to complimentary parking and beach access.
