The search for your next vacation stops here! Check out this 5th floor, ocean view condo at the Landmark Resort in Myrtle Beach. This ocean view 1 bedroom is completely furnished with 1 king bed, 1 full size murphy bed, and will comfortably accommodate 4 guests. This unique layout offers upsized living space for our guests. Other units at the resort are much smaller, but this layout features an open floor plan and doesn't feel cramped! Our guests appreciate having their own private balcony where they can relax and savor both the vistas of the ocean as well as the pools.

Upon entering, guests will enter through a modest hallway. The kitchen area is full size and features a full size stove and oven, upsized cabinet space, a microwave, granite countertops, full size refrigerator, and everything you need to prepare your meals! We provide all cookware, silverware, plates, cups, and basic kitchen necessities.

Just behind the kitchen you will find the bathroom. The bathroom is split into 2 areas with the toilet, vanity, and shower/tub in one area, and another sink and vanity in the other. The vanity features a solid surface counter, mirror, and sink.

The bedroom sits off to the left of the kitchen and features 1 king sized bed, striking décor, closet for storage, TV with digital cable, work desk with chair, AC unit, and commercial blackout curtains. The king bed will comfortably accommodate 1-2 guests.

Making your way into the living room, guests will be blown away by the ocean vistas. The living room is the most trendy area of the apartment, and features a full size murphy bed (wall bed), sectional couch, AC unit, blackout curtains, HUGE Intelligent TV (with digital cable as well), and a dining table with stools. The entire condo has been charmingly decorated, and our guests enjoy the beachy accents! Guests will also access the private balcony from this area. The accents and décor in the condo are modern and beachy, and you will feel right at home!

The Landmark offers plentiful amenities, making it a highly sought-after, 1-stop shop for so many visitors. The resort offers indoor and outdoor pools, hot tubs, lazy rivers, laundry facility, arcade, and so much more. Guests will have access to basic resort cable and WIFI.

Pack light! We provide our guests with bath towels, washcloths, toiletries, linens, and everything you will need to enjoy your stay. We will also provide basic "starter toiletries" that include toilet paper, paper towels, dish liquid, soap, shampoo, lotion, and conditioner.

The departure cleaning fee is in place to compensate the cleaner, the cost of toiletries, and the laundering of the towels, linens, and linens. We really want to make your experience with us as economical as possible! Unlike many properties managed by other companies and homeowners, we can accommodate daily housekeeping and mid staying cleaning requests for a modest fee.

While our guests will have access to over 10 indoor and outdoor pools, lazy rivers, hot tubs, saunas, laundromat, arcade, complimentary parking, and beach access, there are some amenities that our guests cannot access. Our guests are not allowed to use the food and drink outlets within the complex, water features across the street, or the coffee bar in the lobby. Many of our guests have stated that they were still able to use the restricted amenities, and they were not declined service. However, we just cannot advertise those amenities. Our prices reflect the restrictions to these amenities, and we apologize for the inconvenience.

****AS OF: April 20th, 2023, Spas 1-4 will be Closed Until Further Notice*****

How to get the best Myrtle Beach rental home experience:

When to visit & When to reserve a Myrtle Beach rental home:

  • Book your rental property in the Fall or Spring to enjoy gorgeous weather while saving money and avoiding crowds.
  • The sooner your group can book a rental home, the easier your search will be. The best properties are reserved early. Booking your rental six to twelve months before your travel dates is recommended. Holidays such as Christmas and Thanksgiving are excellent times to search for and reserve your rental home.
  • Veterans and Active Duty Military members may be qualified for special discounts. Be sure to ask your prospective property management company or host whether your family qualifies for a price reduction.
  • Booking websites often offer their guests an option to purchase trip insurance. Trip insurance, which commonly will cost you anywhere between 1% - 5% of the base stay price, offers visitors reimbursement of their vacation costs for missed vacation time as a result of medical-related issues or weather, as well as hurricane evacuation costs, such as an unexpected hotel or additional fuel expenses. Trip insurance can be a a life-saver if the unforeseen happens. Ask your property manager for specifics.
  • Find a copy of your local Myrtle Beach visitors guide upon arrival. If your rental property doesn't have one, you can find them at local grocery stores, shopping centers, and visitor centers. In addition to great local stories, travel guide magazines have money saving offers on local tours and attractions.

Make a plan and choose your Myrtle Beach rental:

  • To start, have your group commit to trip dates and a spending budget.
  • Decide how many bedrooms and the configuration your family requires. Oceanview 1 Bedroom Suite Landmark Resort 548 Perfect for a couple or party of 4 has 2 bedrooms and 1 bathrooms. If you need a larger or smaller rental, use our rentals search.
  • Precise information regarding bedrooms and bed counts & types is regularly available on booking websites. If not, email the property management company before you book the property. Remember that most properties list maximum guest capacity, which typically includes sofa beds in living rooms. You will need to work out what configuration is suitable for your trip.
  • If there's a certain Myrtle Beach destination you are enamored with, search for homes that are either nearby, or those that cater especially to your desires.
  • Appropriate accessibility can make or break a vacation for the less-mobile. Confirm all required amenities are included before reserving a rental.
  • Are you traveling with furry, four-legged family members? Although a number of vacation homes allow pets or animals, guidelines and costs vary per property. Type of pet, size and breeds may be limited. Ask your host before booking, and study your rental agreement! Additional fees or charges might be applied to your invoice.

Some things to know before you go:

  • Respecting late-night quiet hours and parking restrictions can make a stay significantly more pleasurable. You will magnify your chance to make some new local friends, and resident neighbors are a terrific source for finding the best local beaches and restaurants.
  • Speaking of neighbors... Ask a local resident! Locals can often point you in the right direction. Who better to ask where to launch your kayaks, have a great night out, or the best spots for fishing?
  • Ensure you protect the rental owner (and your stuff!) by locking the property while you are away, just like you would at home.
