Once you get through the gate and into the condo, there is a lanyard with a keycard that can be used for the duration of your stay to get through the gate. IF THIS KEY CARD IS NOT LEFT IN THE UNIT AT YOUR DEPARTURE OR IF YOU LOSE/MISPLACE IT DURING YOUR STAY, YOU WILL BE FINED $150 TO REPLACE THE CARD.
