While the Sea Mist is a 65+ year-old complex, we have went above and beyond to ensure that this unit is FAR from the average booking experience at a hotel. Past guests really appreciate the space, and we appreciate the fact that they treat it as if it were there own.
The departure cleaning fee is in place to compensate the cleaner, the cost of toiletries, and the laundering of the towels, linens, and linens. We really want to make your experience with us as economical as possible! Unlike many properties managed by other companies and homeowners, we can accommodate daily housekeeping and mid staying cleaning requests for a modest fee.
While we do our absolute best to ensure that all of our condos are cleaned, prepared, and comfortable for all of our guests, we do want to note that this resort is over 60 years old. Our prices reflect the age of the resort, décor, and condition of the amenities. We encourage all of our guests to do their own due diligence on the resorts and the area on all of our listings!
If more space is needed, rent this room AND others at the SAME resort, possibly even the SAME floor (ask us how)!
Free Wi-fi and Cable are available.
Smoking AND Vaping are not allowed.
Our guests currently have access to the outdoor pool located on the south side of the Oats Building. Pool hours are subject to change. Weather and season could also result in pool closures.

Booking the best Myrtle Beach rental home experience:
How to get the best rental home value:
- Reserve your rental as soon as possible. Rental schedules usually become available twelve months in advance (or in September just after Summertime ends). Many groups book their Summer vacation rentals during Thanksgiving, Christmas, and New Years Eve gatherings. Book before these holidays for best selection.
- June, July, and August are the most expensive months in Myrtle Beach. To book the most suitable vacation home for your budget, we strongly suggest reserving in Spring or Fall. You'll benefit from lower rates, better selection, beautiful weather and the absence of giant crowds at Myrtle Beach restaurants, beaches, and activities. Speaking of the off-season, don't overlook the holidays for a Myrtle Beach vacation! Who wouldn't love a holiday on the coast? Thanksgiving and Christmas are great times to gather with loved ones at the beach.
- Some owners offer discounts for veterans. Check with your host or property manager to see if discounts are available for your family.
- Property management companies usually offer customers an option to add trip insurance. Trip insurance, which will generally cost 1% - 5% of the stay price, offers visitors reimbursement of their vacation costs for missed time as a result of personal medical-related emergencies or weather disasters, as well as hurricane evacuation costs, such as an unexpected hotel or extra gasoline expenses. Trip insurance might be a a welcome relief if the unforeseen occurs. Ask the property owner for program terms and fees.
- Often, property management companies and vacation rental houses supply Myrtle Beach area travel guide magazines that include special offers, either offered independently by local companies, or by way of a relationship with the rental management company and the business itself. You can also find Myrtle Beach visitors guide and coupon books at local gas stations and shopping centers.
Choosing and booking the best Myrtle Beach vacation home:
- First, have your family choose trip dates and a spending budget.
- Determine how many bedrooms and what type of bedroom configuration your family requires. Oversized Ocean View Condo Perfect for 2-4 Guests Sea Mist 50713 has 2 bedrooms and 1 bathrooms. If you need a larger or smaller rental, use our rental home search.
- Precise information about bedrooms and bed counts & types is normally accessible online. If they are not listed, contact the property management company before you reserve the vacation home. Remember that most properties list the maximum guest capacity, which typically includes pull-out couches and bunk beds. You will need to establish what configuration is right for your family.
- Are you bringing the family pet? Many vacation homes allow animals, but guidelines and restrictions apply. Allowable pet type, breed, and size are often limited. Ask your property manager before booking, and study your agreement thoroughly! Additional fees or charges may be applied to your agreement.
- Visiting for a specific event or attraction? Try a map search to find nearby rentals.
- Appropriate accessibility amenities can make or ruin a vacation for guests with disabilities. Make certain to inquire about wheel chair entry, pool lifts and specialized equipment needs.
Considerations for your stay:
- We recommend storing the owner's information in your smartphone and wallet.
- Ask questions. You may want instructions for a fireplace, elevator or kitchen appliance. Contact your property manager. They are there to help! A brief telephone call can prevent a lot of difficulties.
- Protect the owner (and your stuff!) by keeping the rental locked up when you are out, just like you would back home.
- During check-in, make note of any issues with the rental property and immediately alert the property manager. Record all coorespondence.
- Respecting late-night quiet hours and parking policies can make a stay significantly more pleasurable. You'll increase your chance to make local friends, and resident neighbors can be an excellent source for finding the best local attractions.
- Don't forget to... Ask a local! Local residents can typically help you find exactly what you're looking for. Who better to ask where to rent beach equipment, have a great night on the town, or the best spots for BBQ?
- On check-out day, take a final walk-through to make sure you didn't forget anything. Re-check dressers, closets, and bathrooms for hidden items. Remove everything from the refrigerator and take or dispose of leftovers.
- Document the condition of the property at check-out. We recommend taking a video during your final walk-through.
- Leave a review! Property managers rely on good ratings to inspire new reservations. They'll be much obliged for your review. Alternatively, if something wasn't as described, other families will will be grateful for your feedback find their best rental home. Please be fair with your feedback If something fell short of expectations, consider whether the owner could control the issue, and if so, whether they responded reasonably to fix it.
