• No smoking or vaping (unit or balcony): $250 fee
• No daily housekeeping
• Quiet hours: 11 PM – 7 AM
• Report damages at check-in; damages during stay will be charged

• No cats. No enormous dogs
• Restricted breeds: Pit Bulls, Rottweilers, Dobermans, Boxers, German Shepherds, Chow Chows
• Dogs must be leashed on property and are not allowed at pool or restaurant
• No dogs on beds or furnishings; must be crated if left alone
• No bathing dogs in tubs or sinks
• Unauthorized pets or violations: $250 cleaning fee
