This Oceanview condo is located in a highly desired section of Myrtle Beach, known as Shore Drive. The complex is directly on the ocean. You will appreciate being within walking distance to multiple eateries. Just a short drive away, you will find multiple attractions and golf courses that the Grandiose Strand has to offer.

The Space:
It is our top priority to provide a clean and safe location for our guests. In addition to enhanced cleaning protocol from our professional cleaners, we provide a contact-complimentary check in. The entrance-way is also in open air which accepts you to avoid enclosed hallways/busy check in areas!

Entry: **NO ELEVATOR - raised 1st floor condo with stairs**. Self check-in with keypad.

Kitchen: Recently refreshed floors/appliances/cabinets! Includes cups, plates, silverware, pots and pans.

Family room: Sleeper couch. Access to Oceanview balcony via sliding glass doors.

Bedroom 1: queen bed. TV.

Bathroom 1: Attached.

Bedroom 2: Two twin beds.

Bathroom 2: Full bathroom.

Pool: There is a complex pool.

Beach: Direct beach access from the complex.

Cleaning/Linens: Professional cleaning company utilized to ensure a deep clean prior to each new booking. Linens are supplied. Starter kit of toilet paper/paper towels supplied but guest will be responsible for any resupply needed during stay.

Guest Access:
Guests will have the entire unit for themselves along with the shared complex pool.

The Neighborhood:
The ideal central location! The unit is centrally located on the trendy Shore Drive.

Getting Around:
Guests will have parking passes and can drive to all of the eateries, shopping, and attractions that Myrtle Beach and North Myrtle Beach have to offer. You can also request and Uber, Lyft, or get a taxi.

Other Things to Note:
PLEASE NOTE: Host and Co-Hosts do not maintain or have control of common amenities or areas including but not limited to: Wi-Fi, elevators, hallways, stairwells, pools, parking tons, grounds, etc.

Feel complimentary to bring your beach towels, toys, chairs or other items for your stay.

Cancellation Policy - Bookings canceled 14 days before check-in will receive a 50% refund.

No family pets. Minimum booking age 25. Max guest count is 6.

Routine Pest Control happens monthly (typically between the 5th and the 9th of each month). The HOA requires the technician be allowed to enter the condo to spray during this time and guests will be expected to allow entry.

ADDITIONAL NOTES:
1. Depending on the booking platform, guests may be required to complete a check-in form and rental agreement. Refusal to sign/return either form will be grounds for termination of the reservation in accordance with our cancellation policy.

2. In the event that a settlement is required due to any disputes, the other event must agree to and sign a resolution agreement. This document will outline the terms of the settlement and ensure that both events completely agree to those terms.

Apache Pier and Cherry Grove Pier are worth checking out if an activity is on the agenda, while those wishing to experience the area's popular attractions can visit Ripley's Aquarium and SkyWheel Myrtle Beach. Family Kingdom Amusement Park and Captain Hook's Adventure Golf are also worth visiting. Take an opportunity to explore the area for outdoor excitement like cycling.
