When we say you're in the heart of it all, we mean it! The Holiday Pavilion Resort is located beside some of the most visited spots on the Grandiose Strand, including the vibrant Tropical Heaven Beach Bar located right on site. Whether you're craving oceanfront dining, thrill rides, live music, or simply a relaxing walk on the sand, everything is within simple reach. There's no need to drive when you’re staying where everybody wants to be!



This privately owned and elegantly maintained condo offers roughly 650 sq. ft. of living space and can comfortably sleep up to 8 guests. The sleeping arrangements include two queen-size beds in the private bedroom, a full sized murphy bed, and a queen size sleeper couch in the living room. It’s the ideal setup for families, friends, or couples looking to appreciate the beach in comfort and style.



Inside, the space features a full galley-style kitchen equipped with full-size appliances, including a refrigerator, freezer, stove, oven, microwave, toaster, Keurig coffee maker, and a double-compartment sink, everything you need to prepare meals and snacks during your stay. Whether you’re whipping up breakfast before hitting the beach or appreciating a glass of wine as the sun sets, the kitchen is ready for it all.



The living room is the heart of the condo and offers a bright and calming space to relax. It features a new sleeper couch, Murphy bed, flat screen TV, an electric fireplace, a side table, coffee table, and a modest dining set. From here, step directly onto your private oceanfront balcony, where you’ll be treated to sweeping, expansive vistas of the Atlantic Ocean. Appreciate your morning coffee with a sunrise, or watch the waves roll in from the comfort of your chair, many guests even spot dolphins playing in the surf!



The bedroom is located upon entry, and offers two queen-size beds, a nightstand, a huge dresser, and another flat screen TV for added convenience. The bathroom features a tub/shower combo and toilet tucked behind a privacy door, as well as a cavernous vanity area with a sizable mirror, sink, and mounted hair dryer, ideal for getting ready before a nighttime out on the town.



As our guest, you’ll savor access to all the resort's marvelous amenities, including the indoor whirlpool, lazy river, swimming pool, outdoor pool, kiddie pool, and the on-site exercise center. After a sun-soaked day, head over to the Tropical Paradise Beach Bar just steps from your room and enjoy a beverage with your toes in the sand.
