Items to note:
Motorcycles are not allowed on the property May 1 - Aug. 31 annually, and rental golf carts are prohibited year-round. Trailers are allowed on property but need to be parked at the registered building parking lot.
Grocery/discount stores less than 1 mile from resort; car is recommended to completely appreciate the area
Property is in the center of "restaurant row" — tons of choices within 1-2 miles
During hurricane season (May to end of November), the glass enclosing the indoor pool is taken down. The indoor pools are heated in the Fall and early Winter.
The North Tower's indoor pool, kids's pool, spa, and lazy river are currently closed for repairs until further notice and there will be an enclosure on the South Tower indoor pool until May 1, 2023. In the meantime, the South Tower's pools, spas, and lazy river will remain operational.
Villas one and two are undergoing exterior waterproofing from Jan. 3-March 31, 2023. During this time, the work crews will be present from 9 a.m.-6 p.m and you may encounter noise, dust, and odors. Dates are subject to change.
