*Kitchen is entirely equipped with all basics (condiments are not included)

*Sheets and linens supplied.

*Free WiFi and cable TV available.

*Family Animals are not allowed.

*Beach items are not supplied due to damage/loss of these items.

*Towels are supplied for showers only.



Guest Access:

*The condo is rented in full. Guests have access to the entire place.

*Access the pool with key card that must be kept and returned before checking out. There is a $50 charge for each lost or broken keycard.

*No mailbox for this location.

*Washer/dryer available in the unit.

*Parking is available with parking tag only, please hang it in your car.

In addition to the countless attractions close by, amazing shopping venues like Tanger Outlets and Coastal Grand Mall and hundreds of area eateries are located close by River Oaks.
