The Space:

Welcome to this oceanfront condo located on North Ocean Blvd in Myrtle Beach!



It is our top priority to provide a clean and safe location for our guests. In addition to enhanced cleaning protocol from our professional cleaners, we provide a contact-complimentary check in.



Parking: Simple access private parking lot. You will have 2 parking passes to hang on your rear view mirror. The HOA asks that no guests have motorbikes, golf carts, or boats kept in the parking lot.



Entry: Complex elevator. Top floor. Self check in w keypad.



Kitchen: Entirely outfitted kitchen with cups, plates, silverware, pots and pans.



Family room: Access to the balcony. Sleeper couch!



Bedroom 1: King bed. TV. Balcony access.



Bathroom 1: Attached to bedroom 1.



Bedroom 2: Two queen beds. TV.



Bathroom 2: Full bathroom.



Balcony: Peaceful. Generous. Beachfront!



Conveniences: Complex outdoor pool, lazy river, and hot tub. Covered pool as well - heated. Moreover, savor the roomy sun area Subject to operation schedule determined by the HOA.



Beach: Nearby access! There are a couple beach chairs in the condo for your use.



Cleaning/Linens: Professional cleaning company utilized to ensure a deep clean prior to each new booking. Linens are supplied. Starter kit of toilet paper/paper towels/trash bags included but guest will be responsible for any resupply needed during stay.



Guest Access:

Guests will have the entire unit for themselves (other than a private owner's closet) along with the shared complex pool.



The Neighborhood:

The condo is located in Roxanne Towers, in the heart of Myrtle Beach; this resort will not disappoint! Location, amenities, vistas... this unit has it all!



Ideally located on the oceanfront, our location offers convenient access to downtown events, acclaimed dining, premier shopping, and lively nightlife—all just a short walk away.

Getting Around:

Two parking passes. Guests will have parking passes and can drive to all of the eateries, shopping, and attractions that Myrtle Beach and North Myrtle Beach have to offer. You can also request and Uber, Lyft, or get a taxi.



Other Things to Note:

PLEASE NOTE: Host and Co-Hosts do not maintain or have control of common amenities or areas including but not limited to: Wi-Fi, hallways, stairwells, pools, parking tons, grounds, etc. Feel complimentary to bring your beach towels, toys, chairs or other items for your stay.



Routine Pest Control happens monthly on the 2nd Tuesday. On the day of service, a technician will need access to the property in order to complete the treatment, and we kindly request that guests allow entry. You will be notified a few days prior to the scheduled visit. Please note that if access is not included, a fine of up to $250 may be applied to the reservation.

No family pets. Max guest count is 8.



By the HOA guidelines, we kindly ask that the booking guest needs to be at least 25 years of age or older with identity verified through the booking platform



ADDITIONAL NOTES:

1. Guests are required to complete a rental agreement and upload a valid government ID that matches the name of the booker on the agreement. If the form is not signed or the information does not match the reservation, the reservation may need to be canceled in accordance with our cancellation policy.



2. In the event that a settlement is required due to any disputes, the other event must agree to and sign a resolution agreement. This document will outline the terms of the settlement and ensure that both events completely agree to those terms.
