If you’re looking for handsome vistas and a ideal vacation stay, this is it! This freshly added 3 bedroom, 2 bath condo is located on the 10th floor, with a spectacular view of the ocean. This family friendly sanctuary is a great place to stay-offering handsome oceanfront vistas and all the amenities of home! Comfortably sleeps 10 guests, with a king-size bed in the main bdrm and 2 doubles each in the guest bdrms. Savor the completely equipped kitchen, for early morning breakfasts or evenings when you want to dine in. And for your convenience, there is also a washer/dryer in the condo.

PARADISE RESORT is located on the oceanfront roughly 22 blocks south of downtown Myrtle Beach, where you will find amusement parks, shopping, eateries and many impressive attractions.

The PARADISE RESORT offers MANY AMENITIES! Spend the day at the beach and riding the waves, or grab a tropical drink from the poolside tiki bar and relax by the huge oceanfront pool. The kids will appreciate the indoor lazy river and pool - both great for days when the weather is not cooperating. There are also 2 indoor hottub pools for the adults to savor. Around the pool deck, you will find fun things to do like cornhole or a giant chess game.

SANDALS, THE ONSITE RESTAURANT, serves breakfast year round plus lunch and dinner in the summer months. Sandwiches are also served at the POOLSIDE TIKI BAR with an OCEAN FRONT PICNIC AREA.

CANCELLATIONS THAT ARE MADE MORE THAN THIRTY DAYS PRIOR TO ARRIVAL WILL BE REFUNDED 50% OF THE DOWN PAYMENT. CANCELLATIONS OR CHANGES THAT RESULT IN A SHORTENED STAY, THAT ARE MADE WITHIN THIRTY DAYS OF THE ARRIVAL, FORFEIT ALL MONIES PAID UNLESS THE CONDO IS REBOOKED FOR THE SAME RENTAL DATES & RATE. IF THE PROPERTY IS REBOOKED FOR THE RENTAL DATES (PARTIALLY OR FULLY) A REFUND WILL BE ISSUED FOR THE RATE THAT WE WERE ABLE TO REBOOK THE PROPERTY FOR AT THE LAST MINUTE, MINUS A $100 CANCEL FEE.

IN CASE OF A HURRICANE, REFUNDS WILL BE GIVEN IF THERE IS A "MANDATORY" EVACUATION ORDER GIVEN FOR THE AREA THAT THE PROPERTY IS LOCATED IN. AT THAT TIME, REFUNDS WILL BE GIVEN ON ANY UNUSED PORTION OF RENT FROM DATE EVACUATION ORDER STARTS TO THE DATE THE EVACUATION ORDER IS LIFTED. NO REFUNDS WILL BE GIVEN OUTSIDE OF THE EVACUATION ORDER DATES.

• Go through the rental a final time and keep an eye out for any damage. We recommend walking through with the property manager whenever you can. If the host is not available, ensure that you take photos of the rental to record its condition.
• Remember to leave feedback! Property managers rely on excellent feedback to compel more reservations. They'll be much obliged for your review.
