To the left of the bedroom, you'll find the kitchen area, equipped with full-sized appliances to make meal prep a breeze. The living room is the heart of the condo, offering spectacular oceanfront vistas. Unwind on the queen-sized Murphy bed, couch, or accent chair, and enjoy the TV and storage options. There's also a modest dining table and chairs, ideal for meals or playing games. Most importantly, the living room provides access to the private oceanfront balcony, where you can enjoy striking sunrises and sunsets, which many guests appreciate to capture and share with us.
The Landmark Resort is packed with amenities, making it a favorite destination for many visitors. Guests have access to both indoor and outdoor pools, hot tubs, lazy rivers, an arcade, and a laundry facility. You'll also have access to resort cable and Wi-Fi during your stay.
We've got you covered with all the essentials, so you can pack light! We provide fresh bath towels, washcloths, toiletries, linens, and everything you need for a comfortable stay. Tips to get the perfect vacation property experience:
Getting the best rental value:
- June, July, and August are the most expensive months in coastal SC. To book the most suitable rental home within your budget, we highly recommend reserving in the Fall or Spring shoulder seasons. You'll enjoy lower rates, better selection, beautiful weather and the absence of giant crowds at restaurants, beaches, and activities. Many vacationers use this strategy to find larger homes within budget, or to reserve an oceanfront rental that would otherwise be unavailable or unaffordable during June, July, and August.
- Book your vacation rental as soon as possible. Rental schedules usually become available a year in advance (or in September just after the Summer season ends). Many groups book their Summer rental homes during holiday get-togethers. Book before these holidays for best selection.
- Active Duty and veterans of the US Armed forces may qualify for special discounts. Be sure to ask your prospective host whether your group qualifies for a special promotion or discount.
- Booking websites typically offer renters an option to purchase trip insurance protection. Trip insurance, which normally costs 1% - 5% of the base booking price, offers visitors reimbursement of their vacation costs for missed days as a result of personal medical-related catastrophes or weather, as well as hurricane evacuation costs, such as an unexpected hotel stay or additional fuel expenses. Trip insurance is definitely a bank account-saver if the unforeseen occurs. Ask your property manager for specifics.
- Many management companies and vacation rental houses supply Myrtle Beach area travel guides which include special deals, either offered independently by local companies, or by way of a partnership between the property management company and the business itself. You can also find Myrtle Beach visitors guide magazine and coupon books at local shops and grocery stores.
Planning and picking the perfect Myrtle Beach rental:
- Choose dates and budget.
- Decide how many bedrooms and what type of bedroom configuration your family requires. Spacious 1 Br Condo- Stunning Oceanfront Views-Landmark 1434 has 1 bedrooms and 1 bathrooms.
- Specific details about bedrooms and bed sizes & counts is almost always available online. If not, email or call the property owner before you book your rental. Note that most listings specify the maximum guest capacity, which frequently includes pull-out couches and bunk beds.
- Visiting for a specific event? Try a map search to locate nearby rentals.
- Appropriate accessibility amenities can make or ruin a vacation for persons with disabilities. Make certain to inquire about wheel chair entry, pool lifts and specialized equipment needs.
- Are you traveling with furry, four-legged family members? Although a number of vacation homes allow pets or animals, guidelines and costs vary per property. Allowable pet type, breed, and size are often limited. Ask your property manager before booking, and study your agreement! Extra fees or costs may be applied to your invoice.
Have a wonderful stay:
- Review check in & check out procedures before leaving home. Add a note with the directions to your phone, and take a printed copy.
- Note any damages to the property during check in, and immediately contact the property manager. We especially recommend texts and e-mails, as they usually contain time stamps that can be valuable if there is a dispute.
- Ask questions. You may want instructions for a hot tub, A/V setup or washer/dryer. Contact your owner. They are there to help! A brief phone call can prevent many difficulties.
- Don't forget to respect your neighbors. Frequently, adjacent homes are occupied by permanent residents. Respecting noise limits and parking rules can make a stay significantly more pleasurable.
- Speaking of neighbors... Ask a local! Neighbors can frequently help you find exactly what you're looking for. Who better to ask where to grab the best tacos, have a great night on the town, or the best spots for bird watching?
- Keep the property locked while you're away! Don't let burglars spoil your family vacation.
- Re-check every room of the vacation property to confirm that you've packed all belongings at departure. Check closets, dressers, garages, and bathrooms for hidden items. Remove everything from the refrigerator and take or dispose of leftovers.
- Document the condition of the property at check-out. We recommend taking a video during your final walk-through.
- Leave feedback! Hosts rely on excellent feedback to stimulate future bookings. They'll be grateful for your feedback. Alternatively, if something wasn't right, other vacationers will will be grateful for your review and help them have the best future vacation. Remember to be objective. If something fell short of expectations, consider whether the manager had any control over the issue, and if so, whether they responded reasonably to fix it.
