This handsome 2 BEDROOM - 2 BATHROOM condo is HUGE!! 1,000 SF OF DIRECT OCEAN FRONT PROPERTY ON THE 16TH FLOORING of the resort. Savor impressive East Coast Sunrises or watch the dolphin play from your enormous oceanfront balcony while having your morning coffee. The condo will sleep up to 8 people with a KING BED in the master suite, 2 queens in the second bedroom and a sleeper couch in the living room. Each of the 2 roomy bedrooms has it's own private bathroom and flat panel TV. The LARGE KITCHEN is FULLY EQUIPPED with elegant granite counter tops, stainless appliances, and has everything you would need for those days when you want to just stay at the resort and dine in. You will also have your own PRIVATE WASHER/DRYER in the condo so that you can keep those beach towels and swimsuits dry and ready for use.

OCEANS ONE RESORT is full of FUN AMENITIES to make your vacation a memorable one. Appreciate the day on our beautiful beach, lounge around the sizable oceanfront pool or float around in the winding lazy river. The kids will appreciate the kiddie splash station that has an umbrella waterfall, and a sunken ship. After a fun evening out, relax in one of the resort's whirlpools while having an evening drink.

CONVENIENTLY LOCATED in DOWNTOWN MYRTLE BEACH, Oceans One Resort is close to all downtown attractions and located right by the brand new downtown Boardwalk, where you will find tons of stores and extraordinary eateries. Just a block away, you can savor the Family Kingdom Amusement Park with thrilling roller coasters, bumper cars, log flume and numerous other fun rides. Or spend the day at the Family Kingdom oceanfront waterpark. The downtown Skywheel is less than a mile away from the resort where you can take a ride in one of their air conditioned gondolas and see Myrtle Beach as you have never seen before. And at dusk, the Skywheel begins its light show. With over 1 million LED lights, the display can be seen up and down the boardwalk. Also, within steps is the 2nd Ave Pier, Restaurant and open air bar, where you can try your hand at pier fishing or just appreciate the beautiful sights. Downtown Myrtle Beach is full of excitement with tons of stores, eateries and attractions, all within walking distance.

CANCELLATIONS OR CHANGES THAT RESULT IN A SHORTENED STAY, THAT ARE MADE WITHIN THIRTY DAYS OF THE ARRIVAL, FORFEIT ALL MONIES PAID UNLESS THE CONDO IS REBOOKED FOR THE SAME RENTAL DATES & RATE. IF THE PROPERTY IS REBOOKED FOR THE RENTAL DATES (PARTIALLY OR FULLY) A REFUND WILL BE ISSUED FOR THE RATE THAT WE WERE ABLE TO REBOOK THE PROPERTY FOR AT THE LAST MINUTE, MINUS A $100 CANCEL FEE.

IN CASE OF A HURRICANE, REFUNDS WILL BE GIVEN IF THERE IS A "MANDATORY" EVACUATION ORDER GIVEN FOR THE AREA THAT THE PROPERTY IS LOCATED IN. AT THAT TIME, REFUNDS WILL BE GIVEN ON ANY UNUSED PORTION OF RENT FROM DATE EVACUATION ORDER STARTS TO THE DATE THE EVACUATION ORDER IS LIFTED. NO REFUNDS WILL BE GIVEN OUTSIDE OF THE EVACUATION ORDER DATES.
