Conveniently located to everything along the Grandiose Strand, the Meridian is a ideal location for our guests. This condo is entirely furnished with 1 king sized bed, 1 queen sized sleeper couch, and will Comfortably accommodate up to 4 guests!

This 1-bedroom apartment has numerous unique features! For starters impressive luxury plank floor was installed throughout the entire apartment. This vacation rental has interior glass doors that stretch across the entire wall leading to the upsized balcony, enormous wall mounted TV in the living room, and ceiling fan. Our guests will appreciate 1 king size bed in the bedroom, 1 full bathroom, living room with countless oceanfront vistas, full kitchen, cabinets with plentiful storage space, and so much more!

This is really a one-of-a-kind rental that will keep you returning year after year. The upsized oceanfront balcony offers fantastic vistas of the Atlantic Ocean, you will not want to miss the sunrise and sunset. Located on the 6th floor, our guests will be definitely blown away by this view!

The bedroom features 1 king size bed, huge wall mounted TV, nightstand, and closet and dresser for storage. All towels, linens, linens, dishes, and kitchen silverware are supplied.

Entering into the kitchen, guests will have access to full size appliances. The kitchen features a full-size refrigerator/freezer, microwave, oven/stove, dishwasher, toaster, coffee maker, and plentiful cabinet space. Our guests adore the fact they can conveniently prepare a meal or a snack right from the condo! We provide all basic cookware, kitchen necessities, silverware, glassware, and more. For guests who prefer to dine out, the Meridian Plaza is within a short walk or ride to many of Myrtle Beach's most trendy dining outlets. Food delivery services like Uber and DoorDash are also very fashionable options as well. The kitchen offers a full-size refrigerator, microwave, stove/oven, sink, and more.

The living room is located at the very front of the apartment and is considered the most calming part in the entire condo. This space is furnished a couch that converts to a queen-sized bed, an accent chair, side table, coffee table, modest island with bar stools for eating, modest table and chairs for eating, sizable wall mounted TV, and access to the private oceanfront balcony. Our guests appreciate having their own, upsized, private balcony, and many have submitted photos of elegant sunrises and sunsets, dolphins, boats, surfers, and so much more!

The Meridian Plaza offers 1 indoor and 1 outdoor pool, as well as 1 indoor and 1 outdoor hot tub. Onsite laundry is available to our guests as well! We do not provide beach chairs, but guests can rent them seasonally from lifeguards on the beach.

Pack light! We provide our guests with bath towels, washcloths, toiletries, linens, and everything you will need to savor your stay. We will also provide basic "starter toiletries" that include toilet paper, paper towels, dish liquid, soap, shampoo, lotion, and conditioner.

Guests will have access to basic cable and Wi-Fi. The departure cleaning fee is in place to compensate the cleaner, the cost of toiletries, and the laundering of the towels, linens, and linens. We really want to make your experience with us as economical as possible! Unlike many properties managed by other companies and homeowners, we can accommodate daily housekeeping and mid staying cleaning requests for a modest fee.

Our guests appreciate the convenience of a keyless door lock. While we are here to assist our guests with whatever they may need, there will be no need to meet at our office for keys or parking passes. Whether you plan to arrive at the time of check in, or if you're arriving late at nighttime, your door codes will give you access to the lobby and apartment during your stay! Our guests appreciate the security of the locked lobby doors. Be sure to have your lobby door code and your condo door code on hand when you arrive!

This is really a ideal location and effortlessly accessible to all eateries, shopping, dining, and other local attractions. The Meridian Plaza is located at 2310 N. Ocean Blvd in Myrtle Beach, SC, and is literally a 5–10-min. walk or drive to just about everything you can imagine! There are so many eateries close by, but Uber Eats and DoorDash have become very popular delivery options in our area.
