The space

The entire suite has been painted, and new luxury wood-looking vinyl floors installed throughout the entire suite. All furnishings and decor have been replaced with brand-new, modern pieces to ensure a calming vacation with a luxury feel!

You will feel your every worry melt away with the ebbing of the tides as plush furnishings and an countless ocean view welcomes you into this impressive oceanfront suite. Conveniences abound in this oceanfront gem. The chic, full-size kitchen comes completely equipped with pristine granite counters and stainless steel appliances. Sliding glass doors in the cavernous master bedroom and the attractively appointed living room flood the entire suite with an abundance of natural light while also accepting for painless access to the private, oceanfront balcony.

Outside your condo, non-stop fun awaits you at the Caribbean Resort. Spend some quality time playing with your kids in either the indoor or outdoor swimming pools. Appreciate a little time to yourself with a relaxing workout in the state-of-the-art exercise room. Then, after your workout, soothe your weary muscles with a relaxing soak in the outdoor hot tub. And, best of all, take just a few steps away from your resort, and you will find your toes sinking into the warm sand of the beach.

Myrtle Beach, SC is acclaimed for its golf courses, seafood eateries and miles and miles of handsome oceanfront. Guest access:

Guests can access all Caribbean Resort water amenities on site along with the exercise center.
Guests do not have access to eateries/bars/gift stores/game room/laundry rooms.

Other details to note:

All suites managed by us have code locks for the doors, so there’s no need to waste time checking in at the front lobby, all access codes will be sent to you on the day of check-in by 4 pm.

Parking passes (2) will already be waiting for you in your suite.

All rooms are entirely furnished and equipped with basic kitchen silverware such as silverware and plates/bowls.

For anyone wishing to bring their dog, only our suites at Patricia Grandiose allow them. Inquire for more information on these units.

Upon check-in, linens for each bed and towels for each person will be available in the room, along with starter items such as trash bags, toilet paper, and soaps. Any additional items needed will come at a modest fee.

Items such as beach chairs, umbrellas, etc. are not included by us but can be rented from the lifeguards on the beach.

Our locations are privately owned and rented by off-site management, so all questions or requests must be made by contacting us. The front desk will have none of your information and will not assist you.

In the event of the mandatory evacuation order for our area full refund will be issued. We will have no further liability regarding your reservation. In the event of inclement weather in other areas prohibiting guests from getting to Myrtle Beach, there will be no refund. We will have no liability with respect to the reservation. We recommend travelers purchase insurance, especially during the months with a higher potential for inclement weather (e.g. hurricane season).

-Check-in is any time after 4 pm. Check-out is 10 am. Early check-ins or late check-outs are never a guarantee, but can sometimes be arranged for a modest fee. Unauthorized early check-in or late check-out will result in a $100.00 fee.
-Animals are not allowed (Please message us to inquire about dog-friendly suites.)
-Evidence of an unauthorized pet in the unit will result in an additional cleaning charge of $250.00.
-Only guests that are staying in the suite are allowed in the suite. Evidence of unauthorized guests in the unit will result in an additional charge of $100 per person per nighttime. Please be sure to notify us if additional guests will be joining you.
-This is a non-smoking suite, balcony supplied. Any evidence of smoking will result in an additional cleaning charge of $250.00.
-This is not a hotel room but a privately owned condo. Please leave it as you found it and respect this place.
-Please report any damages to your suite upon check-in. Any damages caused during your stay will be charged upon check-out.
-Per Resort Rules peaceful time is 11 pm-6 am. Please be mindful of other resort guests. If resort rules are not followed, you may be asked to leave.

Please note that during the Winter months, there may be renovations in the resort or close by suites. Some resort amenities may be closed or have limited hours during this time. Prices are reduced during the winter to compensate for this possibility.
