Guest Access:
The condo is rented in full. Guests have access to the entire place. Owners are not on the premises while guests are staying.
*Access the pool with wristbands and pool fob (4 wristbands and 1 pool fob are placed in the kitchen drawer) All wristbands and fob must be kept and returned before checking out. There is a $50 charge for each lost or broken wristband and $100 for pool fob.

Only few mins. away from the beach, Broadway at the Beach, the mall, airport, convention center, wax museum, tons of eateries, outlets and nighttime clubs. 10 mins. from airport, 5 mins. from Broadway at the beach, 5 mins. from the beach, 15 mins. from Market Commons, 1 minuet From golf course.
