New deck. Three private bedrooms, two full baths located in family-aligned gated community of Ocean Lakes. Front porch, sizable back deck with chairs, grille, and griddle. Free wifi. Living room has 60" flat screen cable intelligent TV, recliner couch, and two chair recliners. Nautical decor. Open concept. Dining area with table and chairs. Entirely equipped kitchen with microwave, coffee pot an Keurig, stove, refrigerator, dishwasher, farm sink, pots and pans, blender, slow cooker, and dishes. Master bedroom has queen-size bed. Second bedroom has full-size bed and third bedroom has full size bunk beds on both levels. Central heat and air conditioning, tons of seating. Quiet ambiance. Extensive lot sits on private stream. Ground-level home. Full concrete drive enormous enough for 2 cars plus golf cart. No sand! Shower off in the huge outdoor private shower with hot water. Spectacular setting. Kept VERY CLEAN!

There is parking for 2 cars at this property. Additional cars will need to be parked in the onsite overflow lot (daily fee still applies).
