Living room has 60" flat screen cable intelligent TV, recliner couch, and two chair recliners. Nautical decor. Open concept. Dining area with table and chairs. Totally equipped kitchen with microwave, coffee pot an Keurig, stove, refrigerator, dishwasher, farm sink, pots and pans, blender, slow cooker, and dishes. Master bedroom has queen-size bed. Second bedroom has full-size bed and third bedroom has full size bunk beds on both levels. Central heat and air conditioning, tons of seating. Quiet ambiance. Giant lot sits on private stream. Ground-level home. Full concrete drive enormous enough for 2 cars plus golf cart. No sand! Shower off in the sizable outdoor private shower with hot water. Sensational setting. Kept VERY CLEAN!

Ocean Lakes charges parking per day, per car. Current pricing can be found on the Ocean Lakes website. It usually runs at $15/nighttime or discounted if you purchase at least 2 weeks before your trip. This is non-negotiable and payable directly to Ocean Lakes (instructions will be included on completing this process).

There is parking for 2 cars at this property. Additional cars will need to be parked in the onsite overflow lot (daily fee still applies).

Bed and bath linens, along with paper products and personal toiletries, are the responsibility of the renter. Linen packages are available for rent through a local source. Please inquire for package pricing.

When requesting to book, please provide the details of your group, including: ages of each group member, purpose of your trip (sports team, vacation, business, etc.). Requests without this information will be declined.
