Literally a one-min. min. walk to the sand. Skywheel view out the front door and so is the pool. Attractions are walking distance to most everything. Sky-wheel, boardwalk, beach, Family Kingdom.
Please keep in consideration my very kind neighbors. My home is not a event home and is my personal apartment when I’m in town. Please take care of my home and property as if it was your own. Appreciate yourself to the max., just keep the event off property. It’s a beach refuge for all that live here full time.

How to get the best rental home experience:
Find your best deal:
- June, July, and August are high season in Myrtle Beach. To get the best value, try changing your vacation week to the Spring or Fall months. May, September, and even October offer excellent weather, less crowded beaches, and reduced traffic. Speaking of the off-season, don't overlook the holidays for a Myrtle Beach vacation! Who wouldn't love a holiday near the ocean? Thanksgiving and Christmas are great times to gather with loved ones at the beach.
- The sooner you can book a rental home, the better your selection will be. The most desirable vacation homes are booked early. Reserving your rental property up to 12 months before your vacation is recommended. Christmas, Thanksgiving and New Years Eve are excellent times to plan and book your vacation home.
- Active Duty and veterans of the US Armed forces may be qualified for special discounts. Be sure to ask your prospective property management company or host if your group qualifies for a price reduction or discount.
- Property management companies often offer their guests an option to purchase vacation insurance protection. Trip insurance, which will generally cost between 1% - 5% of the base reservation price, offers visitors reimbursement of their vacation costs for missed trip time as a result of medical-related issues or weather, as well as ensuing additional evacuation charges, such as an unexpected hotel stay or extra gas expenses. Trip insurance might be a a life-saver if the unforeseen occurs. Ask the property owner for program terms and fees.
- Look for your local Myrtle Beach area magazine upon arrival. If your rental home doesn't have one, you can find them at local shops and fuel stations. In addition to great local articles, visitors guides contain discounts for nearby tours, shops, and attractions.
Use filters to search efficiently:
- Select vacation dates and spending budget.
- Decide how many bedrooms and what type of bedroom configuration your group needs. Sun, Sand & Pool! One block from the beach! has 1 bedrooms and 1 bathrooms. If you need a larger or smaller rental, use our rental home search.
- Precise information about bedrooms and bed sizes & counts is regularly accessible on booking websites. If not, reach out to the property manager before reserving your rental. Note that most listings specify the max. guest capacity, which oftentimes includes sofa beds.
- If there's an individual Myrtle Beach attraction you long to visit, browse rentals that are either nearby, or those that cater especially to your desires.
- Suitable accessibility can make or ruin a vacation for guests with disabilities. Make certain to ask about wheel chair entry, pool lifts and specialized equipment needs.
- Some properties allow pets, but some do not. Allowable types of dog or cat, weight and breeds may be restricted, and added charges may apply. Ask the host about allowable pet guidelines before booking.
Advice for a smooth stay:
- Add the owner's information to your phone. Take a copy of arrival/departure procedures.
- Upon check-in, record any issues with the rental property and immediately contact the property manager. Record all correspondence in case a dispute arises.
- Ask questions. You may need instructions for a hot tub, intercom or thermostat. Contact your property manager. They are there to help! A brief phone call prevents a lot of difficulties.
- Respecting late-night quiet hours and parking policies can make a stay significantly more pleasurable. You'll increase your chance to make some new local friends, and resident neighbors are usually an incredible resource to find the best local attractions.
- Speaking of neighbors... Ask a local resident! Locals can frequently help. Who better to ask where to find the fresh catch of the day, have a great night out, or the best spots for crabbing?
- Keep your rental home locked while you're out! Don't let burglars spoil your vacation.
- Don't leave anything behind! Before you drive away, walk through the rental to reconfirm you've collected all belongings. Check garages, decks, and cabinets for hidden items. Clean the refrigerator and take any leftovers home.
- Record a video to document the condition of the property.
- Did your family have a wonderful stay? Many rental websites make it easy for customers to provide reviews. If your rental property and/or host was fantastic, they always love to hear your praise. If anything was amiss and they failed to correct it within reason, or if the vacation rental wasn't as described, you'll want to make it a point as part of your review.
