LIVING AREA

The living room has a couch, with a chair, side tables, flat screen TV with cable access. Appreciate your STUNNING vistas overlooking the pond from the private back deck area.

KITCHEN

Our NEWLY UPDATED FULL-SIZE kitchen is well-equipped and completely outfitted with everything you need to create delicious meals. It makes it painless to appreciate being at the beach without having to leave for dinner.

When it's time to dine, savor our dining table with seating to accommodate up to 4 guests. It is the ideal place to let the anxiety drift far away. Maybe you want some of the great local food, well lucky for you, it is very close. You can be to some great eateries in a very short time, some even in walking distance.


BACK PORCH

Sip your morning coffee our private Back Porch Area with access from the living room. Complete with plenty of seating.


LINENS & COMPLIMENTARY TOILETRIES PROVIDED:

Linen for all the beds, bath towels, washcloths, hand towels, bathmats, a kitchen dish towel & dish rag set as well as 1 STARTER size set of shampoo, conditioner, lotion, soap per bathroom & 1 roll of toilet paper per bathroom, 1 roll of paper towels and numerous trash bags.

Guest Access:
This is a 1st floor condo and no stairs are required.

Key-pad for door code for simple self-check-in.

- All check-in instructions are automatically be sent out via our system software on the day of arrival roughly around 1:00pm. Please make sure your check-in form is filled out at the time of booking as this is how the system knows to send out your check-in instructions.


PARKING:

You are allowed one parking spots, parking pass need will be obtained from the condo on your arrival. The parking pass MUST be visible in your car at all times, or you will be TOWED!!

The Neighborhood:
Grand Palms Resort is centrally located in Surfside South Carolina. Our condo is located very close to same street as the Garden City Pier, great eateries, ice cream stores, and arcade. The Garden City Pier has great nightly music during the summer months. Bring your fishing pole if you appreciate fishing as the pier is the best spot at nighttime for fishing.
