Unwind with your coffee in the mornings and afternoons on the 400 sq. feet double deck furnished with handsome patio furnishings. You will appreciate watching the squirrels in the lush landscapes and peaceful surroundings of Kingston Plantation. The well-appointed kitchen offers full size new appliances, including washer and dryer. There's tons of counterspace and kitchen essentials are ideally supplied for the days you want to prepare a full meal and savor family style eating in the dining area or on the deck. The kitchen has granite countertops, stainless steel appliances and is completely equipped with new kitchen silverware, dishes, pots, pans, toaster, blender, coffee maker, can opener and waffle maker. This roomy 1st floor, 1556 sq ft living space villa is decorated delightfully. The floors are hardwoods and tile. The Master bedroom features a king size bed and flat screen TV with a walkout deck. The master bath has glass shower doors and a double vanity sink. One guest bedroom has two queen beds with a flat screen TV and sliding glass doors to an outside sitting area. The third guest bedroom has two twin beds with a flat screen TV and cavernous closet.
The living room has a comfortable couch with a cuddler chaise, two recliners and enormous flat screen TV over the electric fireplace. The sliding glass doors lead to a huge double deck. Plantation blinds are throughout the villa.
