Completed in 2009 and immaculately decorated. Open living room and kitchen with tile floors. 3 BR's with wood floor and 2 BA's with tile floor. Granite counter tops in kitchen and baths. Entirely loaded kitchen. TV's in every bedroom and LR. Grand front porch with furnishings. Extra huge hanging out area underneath home with bar, stools, chairs and TV. Wi-Fi supplied. Free Golf Cart included in rental fee (terms and conditions apply). Enclosed outside shower. Unwind, appreciate short drive w/ golf cart to the beach, prepare, eat and savor the great location and family climate in OLFG. Cleaning fee and towels and linens supplied in prices. $300 deposit is required and will be refunded pending no-damage inspection.
