The kitchen is well equipped with stainless steel appliances including a refrigerator, freezer, stove, oven, mounted microwave, toaster, and coffee maker. Guests will also find dishes, cookware, silverware, and silverware, making cooking meals or snacks a breeze. A modest table with chairs is conveniently located close by for dining.

To the right of the entrance, guests will find the main living space. This is by far the most calming part of the entire condo. This open and inviting space highlights the exceptional northern facing ocean vistas from the 22nd floor.
