There is a neighborhood convenience store, pizza shop, Subway, and ice cream shop within a min.’s walk. The new Tanger Outlets, Restaurant Row, Wal-Mart Super Center, Dixie Stampede, Carolina Opry, Krogers, and many other eateries are within a mile.

Racing fans can get behind the wheel of their own race car at NASCAR SpeedPark, Grandiose Prix Family Thrill Park and South Beach Adventure Park.

There are literally dozens of challenging miniature golf courses in the area, as well as thrilling water parks like Myrtle Waves and Wild Water & Wheels.

The Myrtle Beach area is also home to Broadway at the Beach and Barefoot Landing, two of the Southeast's most trendy entertainment complexes. Each of these includes a wide assortment of dining choices, specialty stores, and live entertainment venues.

• In case guests fail to leave pool fobs in the unit, they will be charged an additional $250/per item for replacement.

• For same day late check-ins, you need to get the host's approval before booking.
• Grilling is prohibited. Penalty: Any violation of this policy will incur a $200.00 fine.
• Bicycles, motorbikes, mopeds, golf carts, and trailers are not allowed. A $100.00 fine per occurrence will be charged for any violation of this policy.
• State Identification Card or Driver License copy will be requested upon booking.
• NO SMOKING in unit/home as well as the balcony. Any violation of the smoking policy will incur a $250 fine plus the cleaning costs necessary to remove smoke odors from the unit/home and/or linens.
• NO FAMILY PETS ACCEPTED. Any violation of this policy will incur a $200.00 fine.
• Please note: We are not responsible for any accidents, injuries, as well as stolen or damaged items that occur while on the premises, its facilities or parking tons.
• Gatherings of more than 6 people including both overnight guests and visitors are not allowed and may be subject to eviction.
• House events and illegal substances are stringently prohibited and grounds for immediate eviction.
• You must be at least 21 years old to book this property.
• Leaving the unit later than the check-out time will incur a late check-out penalty starting from $500.
