The bed is on a raised bed frame that accepts for suitcases storage underneath. Guests will have access to a Intelligent TV, and a full-size newly refreshed bathroom.

The kitchen is just off the main living area and offers everything guests need for a comfortable stay. The kitchen is completely equipped with a refrigerator, freezer, stove, oven, microwave, and a two-compartment sink. The newly updated cabinets, and full-size kitchen, bring a fresh coastal vibe to this functional space with plenty of added storage and seating.

Tips for getting the best Myrtle Beach rental home experience:
When to visit & When to reserve a Myrtle Beach rental home:
- To book the most suitable rental home within your budget, we highly recommend reserving in the Fall or Spring. You'll benefit from lower rates, greater selection, beautiful weather and the absence of large crowds at the beach and popular attractions. Many vacationers use this strategy to reserve larger homes, or to book an oceanfront rental that would otherwise be unavailable or unaffordable during the Summer months. Speaking of the off-season, don't overlook Winter holidays for a Myrtle Beach vacation! Who wouldn't love a holiday near the ocean? Thanksgiving, Christmas, and New Years are great times to gather with friends and family at the beach.
- Reserve your vacation home as early as possible. Rental schedules generally open twelve months in advance (or in September just after Summer ends). Many families book their Summer rental homes during Christmas and Thanksgiving gatherings. Book before these holidays for best selection.
- Some property managers offer promotional rates for veterans and active duty military. Make sure to check with your property manager to see if special discounts are available for your family before you book.
- Property managers frequently offer guests an option to buy trip insurance. Trip insurance, which will generally cost 1% - 5% of the stay price, offers visitors reimbursement of costs for missed vacation time as a result of personal medical-related issues or weather disasters, as well as hurricane evacuation costs or charges, such as an unanticipated hotel or extra gasoline expenses. Trip insurance is definitely a welcome relief if the unforeseen happens. Ask the property owner for additional information.
- Look for your local visitors guide when you arrive at the rental property. If your rental property doesn't have one, you can find them at local grocery stores and visitor centers. In addition to great local information, travel guides contain money saving offers on local restaurants, attractions, and tours.
Choosing the best vacation home:
- To start, have your group decide on the best dates and a budget.
- Decide how many beds and what type of bedroom configuration your group needs. Tidewater Sol ?? Sunny Coastal Escape + Golf Cart in Ocean Lakes has 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms.
- Specific descriptions of bedrooms and bed counts is often accessible on booking websites. If not, email or call the property management company before you book the vacation property. Remember that most listings specify maximum guest capacity, which frequently includes pull-out couches and bunk beds.
- Does your family require particular amenities? Most rental search websites include search filters with amenity lists. Use these to your advantage to find the perfect rental home.
- Proper accessibility amenities can make or ruin a vacation for guests with disabilities. Confirm all required amenities are available and included before booking
- Traveling with pets? Many vacation homes allow animals, but guidelines and restrictions apply. Type of pet, size and breeds may be limited. Ask your host before booking, and study your agreement thoroughly! Additional fees or may be applied to your contract.
Advice for a great stay:
- Review arrival and departure procedures before leaving home. Add a note with the directions to your smartphone, and take a printed copy.
- To make certain that no damages are linked to your visit, make a record of any problem areas during check in. message the host immediately to record your findings. If there is a dispute about legal responsibility later, having a record of issues and contact attempts will be helpful.
- Ask questions. You may want instructions for a hot tub, A/V setup or kitchen appliance. Contact your owner. They are there to help! A brief call can prevent quite a few issues.
- Respecting late-night quiet hours and parking restrictions can make a stay significantly more pleasurable. You'll magnify your chance to make local friends, and resident neighbors can be a terrific resource to find the best local beaches and restaurants.
- Don't forget to... Ask a local resident! Neighbors can often point you in the right direction. Who better to ask where to take kids for a treat, have a great night out, or the best spots for bird watching?
- Lock your rental while you are away. Protect your property!
- Double-check every room of the property to make sure that you've packed all belongings on check-out day. Remember to check closets, dressers, garages, and bathrooms for hidden treasure. Remove everything from the refrigerator and take or dispose of leftovers.
- Go through the rental a final time and keep an eye out for damages to contents or the property itself. We recommend inspecting the property with the host whenever you can (often this isn't possible). If the host isn't available, remember to take video of the rental to record its condition.
- After your trip, leave feedback! Hosts rely on excellent ratings to propel more bookings. They'll be grateful for your review. Alternatively, if something went awry, other families will will be grateful for your feedback and help them have the best future vacation. Be fair with your review. If something fell short of expectations, consider whether the manager had any control over the issue, and if so, whether they responded reasonably to solve it.
