Welcome to Ocean Escape Condos! While staying at our charming condos you also get to savor amenities at Captain's Quarters on 7th Ave S and hotel BLUE at 9th Ave S. as well as exclusive access to the seasonal H2oasis Waterpark, located one block away.

Our condo can sleep up to six guests and is available exclusively through the official On-Site Rental provider. Your stay will include all linens and towels. Daily maid service is not included but may be purchased upon arrival.) You will also have access to our 24-hour front desk and exclusive access to our seasonal, on-site H2OASIS Waterpark, featuring three 40-foot-tall waterslides, a kids’ slide, and a splash zone!

Located in Myrtle Beach, this resort is in the city center and near the beach. The area's natural beauty can be seen at Myrtle Beach State Park and Myrtle Beach Beaches, while Family Kingdom Amusement Park and SkyWheel Myrtle Beach are popular area attractions. When to go & When to reserve a rental home:

  • Book your rental as early as possible. Rental schedules usually become available twelve months in advance (or in September just after Summertime ends). Many groups book their Summer vacations during Winter holiday gatherings. Reserve before these holidays for best selection.
  • Summer months are high season in the Myrtle Beach area. To find the most suitable rental home within budget, we recommend booking in the Spring or Fall. You'll benefit from lower rental rates, greater selection, beautiful weather and the absence of large crowds at your favorite Myrtle Beach restaurants and activities. Many vacationers use this method to find larger homes within budget, or to reserve an oceanfront rental that would otherwise be unavailable during June, July, and August.
  • Some property management companies offer discounts for active duty military and veterans. Make sure to check with your property manager to see if special offers are available for your family.

  • Speaking of neighbors... Ask a local resident! Locals can usually help you find the best spots in town. Who better to ask where to find the best seashells, have a great night out, or the best spots for fine dining?
  • Don't leave anything behind! Just before you drive away, take a walk through the property to confirm you've collected all belongings. Check dressers, closets, and bathrooms for hidden items. Remove everything from the refrigerator and take or dispose of leftovers.
  • Please make sure to walk through the rental one final time and scan for damages to contents or the property itself. We advise inspecting the property with the property manager whenever you can. If the property manager isn't available, ensure that you take pictures of the property to record its condition.
