Life’s a Beach in this unique & modren 2-bedroom townhouse! Located within walking distance to the beach, bring up to 5 and relax in tranquility on the comfortable upgraded beds and beach-themed bedspreads! Sip your morning coffee on one of two private balconies, bbq dinner on your very on propane grille, and stream your favorite episodes on one of three intelligent TVs. Upgrade your vacation- this home is equipped with all the kitchen appliances, linens, towels and furnishings you could need! Bring Fido too!

This uniquely constructed 3-story townhouse will enlighten those curiosity buds! Constructed in the 70s and then freshly refurbished inside, you’ll wonder what went where, “back then”, as do we! The first floor features brick floors throughout with a cozy sectional couch gathered around a huge intelligent TV, a double-seater counter bar, full kitchen and dining area for four guests, and a half bath. Head upstairs to the second level for a queen sized master bedroom with attached private balcony, a separate reading book, and full bathroom. Up to the third floor you’ll find a lofted junior suite with a twin over full bunk bed. The downstairs patio/entrance is furnished with a dining set, sunbrella, and propane grille. In a closet of its own you’ll find a washing machine & dryer available to our guests at no additional cost.

Guests have access to the entire unit except the owners closet. The breaker box/water heater is located in this closet, and access will only be given on an emergency basis. You’ll have access to the rest of the home :)

Beach access is a short 5-7 min. walk. You cannot see the beach from the townhouse, but can occasionally hear the waves on a peaceful evening. The Myrtle Beach International Airport is one mile away, and the townhouse is located between Business 17 and Ocean Blvd. The unit is within walking distance to Cancun Lagoon miniature putt putt and Angus Steakhouse. McDonald’s and Walmart Neighborhood Market are only a few blocks away.

About the Area

This vacation home is located in Myrtle Beach. The area's natural beauty can be seen at Myrtle Beach State Park and Garden City Beach, while Family Kingdom Amusement Park and Ripley's Aquarium are popular area attractions. Splashes Oceanfront Water Park and Mount Atlanticus Miniature Golf are also worth visiting.
