The Space:
Welcome to this unparalleled beachfront condo located in a impressive complex located on Shore Drive in Myrtle Beach! This condo is filled with natural light and features charming upgrades throughout!

It is our top priority to provide a clean and safe location for our guests. In addition to enhanced cleaning protocol from our professional cleaners, we provide a contact-complimentary check in.

Parking: Simple access private parking lot. You will have 2 parking passes to hang on your rear view mirror. The HOA asks that no guests have motorbikes, golf carts, or boats kept in the parking lot.

Entry: Complex elevator. 3rd floor. Self check in w keypad.

Kitchen: Totally outfitted kitchen with cups, plates, silverware, pots and pans.

Family room: Access to the balcony. Sleeper couch!

Bedroom 1: Queen bed. TV.

Bathroom 1: Attached to bedroom 1.

Bedroom 2: Full bed. TV.

Bathroom 2: Located in the hallway.

Balcony: Peaceful and cavernous balcony. Beachfront!

Conveniences: Complex outdoor pool, indoor/outdoor pool combo, hot tub, and exercise center. Moreover, savor the roomy sun decks. Subject to operation schedule determined by the HOA.

Beach: Nearby access!

Cleaning/Linens: Professional cleaning company utilized to ensure a deep clean prior to each new booking. Linens are included. Starter kit of toilet paper/paper towels supplied but guest will be responsible for any resupply needed during stay.

Guest Access:
Guests will have the entire unit for themselves (other than a private owner's closet) along with the shared complex pool.

The Neighborhood:
The complex is located in a fashionable spot on Shore Drive - which makes for a ideal family vacation. While at this condo, you are within a fast walk/drive to numerous close by eateries.

***May 9-12th, 2024 PGA stop close by at the Dunes Golf and Beach Club****

Getting Around:
Guests will have parking passes and can drive to all of the eateries, shopping, and attractions that Myrtle Beach and North Myrtle Beach have to offer. You can also request and Uber, Lyft, or get a taxi.

Other Things to Note:
PLEASE NOTE: Host and Co-Hosts do not maintain or have control of common amenities or areas including but not limited to: Wi-Fi, hallways, stairwells, pools, parking tons, grounds, etc. Feel complimentary to bring your beach towels, toys, chairs or other items for your stay.

Routine Pest Control happens monthly on the 2nd Saturday. The HOA requires the technician be allowed to enter the condo to spray during this time and guests will be expected to allow entry.

Cancellation Policy - Bookings canceled at least 30 days before check-in will receive a 50% refund.

No family pets. Minimum booking age 25. Max guest count is 6.

Located in Myrtle Beach, Unique Oceanview Experience! Come Getaway! is on the beach. Apache Pier and Cherry Grove Pier are worth checking out if an activity is on the agenda, while those in the mood for shopping can visit Barefoot Landing and Broadway at the Beach. Ripley's Aquarium and Family Kingdom Amusement Park are not to be missed.
